The capacitor banks shall be suitable for operating pumpsets in solo or parallel operation . The total KVAR required is 120 KVAR for 3 nos 100HP pumps working at a time., the banks shall be decided after finalisation of the pumpsets. Phase indicating lamps- 1 set. Suitable protection against overload, overcurrent, over and under voltage, single phasing etc., trip indication / fault indication . Digital type Ammeter with selector switches. Digital type Voltmeter with selector switches. suitable capacity current transformers. The panel shall be adequate to handle incoming and outgoing cables. Timers, automatic power factor controller unit of suitable capacity shall be provided with 6 taps (contactors) which can switch on the individual bank of capacitor such that the power factor shall not be less than 0.9 lag. The connection of the APF panel shall be such that when working on D.G set, the supply to this panel shall be switched off. Erection of APFC Panel: on CC foundation including formation of CC foundation in CC 1:2:4 prop. Using all the required materials such as cement, jelly etc., complete including erection of the panel board, on CC foundation using required materials such as MS channel bolts, nuts, washers etc., with all lead and lifts complete as per specifications and directions of engineer in charge of the work.

CHAIN LINKED WIRE FENCING : Supply & providing chain linked wire fencing for 11 KV transformer sub-station. The chain linked fencing should be with 2"x2"x8 SWG wire welded with angle iron frames of size 2.5mx2.5m using angle of using 50x50x6mm. The frame be fixed to be supporting channel spacing at 2.5 M size 100x50mm transportation and labour for fixing silver painting etc., complete with door with 2.5m size at suitable place as directed by EIC with all lead and lifts complete as per specifications and directions of engineer in charge of the work.

Erection of Starters:Formation of suitable foundation CC 1:2:4 using all the required materials such as cement, sand, jelly etc., complete and erection of starters on the above foundation using the required materials such as bolts, nuts washers etc., with all lead and lifts complete as per specifications and directions of engineer in charge of the work.

Erection of Control Panel Board on CC foundation including formation of CC foundation in CC 1:2:4 prop. using all the required materials such as cement, jelly etc., complete including erection of the panel board, on CC foundation using required materials such as MS channel bolts, nuts, washers etc., with all lead and lifts complete as per specifications and directions of engineer in charge of the work.

Erection of pumpsets: Formation of suitable block machine foundation in CC 1:2:4 confirming to the latest ISS 2974 using all the required materials such as cement, sand, jelly etc., complete including necessary earth work refilling curing etc., complete. Erection of the pumpset mounted on the common baseplate on the above foundation using the required material such as foundation bolts, key locks, self interlocking bolts, washer etc., complete levelling, aligning of the pumpsets on the foundation grounding and dynamic balancing using all the required materials including excavation for foundation making pump pits, dewatering etc., with all lead and lifts complete as per specifications and directions of engineer in charge of the work.

Dismantling of Pumpsets, Control Panels and Starters: Dismantling of existing 100HP pumpset, Control panel and starters including dismantling the pump base bolts, motor base bolts, base plate, coupling, removing the suction & delivery flanges. Removing the rushed/damaged bolt nuts by using gas cutting, chipping wherever necessary & making the site suitable for erection of new pumpset etc as per direction of the Engineering chart of the work, dismantling the existing system without interrupting the water supply with all lead and lifts complete as per specifications and directions of engineer in charge of the work.

Cable Terminations: Termination of cable using Aluminium lugs to the terminal end for solder less crimping to aluminium conductors by adopting crimping tool with all lead and lifts complete as per specifications and directions of engineer in charge of the work.

Earthing: Providing earthing as per latest IS 3043, and the work shall include the following: Supply and providing, earthing electrodes comprising of GI pipe 40mm dia 2.9 mm thick 2.5 mtrs long, the pipe shall have 16 through holes of 12mm dia staggered along the length of the pipe as per ISS suitable length 19mm dia GI pipe provided with mesh covered funnel GI bolts, nuts washers, check nuts, at one end and coupled to main electrodes through a 40mmx19mm GI conduct at the other end Digging 300mm dia earthing pits to suitable depth for burring the main electrodes in the pit. The pit shall be filled with alternate layers of salt and charcoal 150mm thick around the pipe to the entire depth. An inspection chamber of 300x300x300mm size shall be constructed with CC 1:3:6 prop., 150mm thick for sides and 100mm thick at bottom. The chamber shall be provided with CI/MS cover hinged to the frame. The electrical equipment shall be connected to the earth pit through 25mmx11 mm size pure electrolytic copper strip or 25x6mm size GI strip for equipment earthing as directed by EIC.(approximate length 60 meters) with all lead and lifts complete as per specifications and directions of engineer in charge of the work.

De silting :Removing/ Desilting of muddy soil accumulated in the Jackwell/ sump tank using necessary toos and plant using desilting pump and JCB etc., with all lead and lifts complete as per specifications and directions of engineer in charge of the work.

Servicing and commissioning: The pumpsets along with all other electrical equipments shall be serviced and commissioned in the presence of the Engineer-in-charge of The work shall include the followingProviding operating and maintenance manuals of the pumps and allied equipments to the operating personnel.Giving trail run of the pumpset and should train the Board Staff to operate the pumpsets.NOTE:1. The energy and water will be provided by the Board free of cost.2. The pumpsets along with all the electrical equipments shall be commissioned only when the performance of switch gears, relays in presence of the manufacturer with all lead and lifts complete as per specifications and directions of engineer in charge of the work.
