Vol-2, P-176, I.No-17.12, S.R-2023-24 - Providing and laying 100mm thick pre-cast cover slabs over drains & Rain pit of width not exceeding 800 mm using M20 concrete reinforced with Micro Alloyed High carbon steel with 3mm - 3ply wired steel @ 2.00 kg/m2, slabs jointed in CM 1:3 proportion and nicely finished Including providing holes in the Cover slabs wherever necessary for easy drainage of surface water including of labour, materials, scaffolding, usage of machinery, curing, lead and lift charges etc, Complete.

Vol-3, P-95, I.No-10.162, S.R-2023-24 - Removing & Resetting existing Heavy Duty Cobble/Interlocking stones/Pavers of thickness 60/75/80/100mm using Cement and 40mm thick sand bed ( average thickness ) and compacting with plate vibrator to achieve final desired compaction & setting of paver to its final level , including cost of materials, labour and usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications. (The cost of new paver/stones required shall be added separately)

Vol-2, P-84, I.No-11.25.2, S.R-2023-24 - Providing and fixing Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Vol-2, P-48, I.No-8.41, S.R-2023-24 - Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :Two coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Vol-2, P-53, I.No-8.75.1, S.R-2023-24 - Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 m²) over existing cement paint surface including preparing the surface after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and foreign matter, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Vol-2, P-213, I.No-21.3, S.R-2023-24 - Cleaning the sand stone surface and removing dirt, dust, bird dropping, grease, oil, algae, fungus, monkey beats, vegetable growth etc., including providing, applying and washing the surface with liquid Ammonia Chemical of 5% solution and other chemical cleaning agent as approved by Archaeological Survey of India/ Engineer-in-charge, of approved brand and manufacturer, with the help of required scrubbers and also cleaning with machine operated water jet mixed with desired quantity of fine silica where ever required, without causing any scratching/ damage to the stone surface and finally washing the surface with clean water with the help of pressure jet machine, complete in all respect, including taking all precautions to safeguard ventilators, windows, doors etc. by suitable covering so as to avoid any damage to the building/ structure, all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (The rate is inclusive of all materials & labours involved except scaffolding).

Vol-2, P-205, I.No-20.81, S.R-2023-24 - Removing the glazed tiles in patches in area exceeding 10 tiles and not exceeding 5 sqm including removing old tiles preparing surfaces and laying or setting new or old tiles complete including cost of materials, ( excluding cost of tiles ) labour, complete as per specifications.

Vol-2, P-197, I.No-20.2.1, S.R-2023-24 - Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/m²)
