B) Corner Brackets inside 8 Nos welded and outside corner brackets 8 Nos fitted with Nut bolt System (3 mm thickness 125 mm length wise). The ladder steps CR pipe 19 mm 2 mm thickness shall be fixed with 4" steps from the Vertical member of frame. The lower bed height 370 mm and two side head and top bow between top bottom to leg height 200 mm. The top of the pipe closed with MS square watcher clearance between the two beds shall be 940 mm. All the CR sheet and pipes section are to be pretreated by phospoting treatment (8-stage treatment) and are to be epoxy powder coated 50-60 microns thickness grey/white shade as per IS: 101 D) Storage under the lower compartment with 2 door system and hooks to be provided for using pad lock. Storage has to be made of 22 gauge sheet with additional support of 25x25mm pipe . Size of storage has to be 1200mm width , 300mm height and 500mm depth

code08 - FULL STAINLESS STEEL MULTI PURPOSE TABLE - heavy duty stainless steel table of lenth 2350mm, width-550mm and height 750mm. Legs has to be made of 25mm stainless steel pipe and leg resting support has to be provided.
