Providing and laying granite or trap or basalt jelly vibrated cement concrete M 20 grade using 20mm and down size jelly including machine mixing, laying,vibrating, tamping, curing and smooth finished for exposed faces with CM 1:3 proportion by mixing 1 Kg. of water proof compound for every one bag of cement for top plaster finish and with necessary centering ,form work etc., complete for flooring of G.L.S.R. Pumping Machinery: Supplying and Delivery at site brand new Kriloskar / NGEF / Siemens/ Jyothi/ GEC make centrifugal Monoblock pump set 10 HP, 2880 RPM working on 440 Volts. AC supply conforming to IS at 80x65 Head of 34.50mt, 840 LPM. with Suction pipe 10.00 mt, delivery pipe 10.00 mt with necessary Foot valve as per ISI standarded including set of foundation bolts etc., complete with all lead and lifts including loading and unloading and as per specification with the directions of Engineer- in- charge of work. Providing and laying of load side cable from GESCOM Pole to Penal board of 3 1/2 core cable, 16 Sqmm , running the cable in ducts properly securing cable position etc., complete using all the required materials and as per site condition with all lead and lifts including loading and unloading and as per specification with the directions of Engineer- in- charge of work. PRESSURE GUAGE:- Supply, Commissioning, testing and trial Running at site Heavy Duty Pressure Gauge 0 to 10 Kg/cms2 with stop cock ,copper tube etc., for mounting on the delivery of the pump as per ISS specification. Complete with all lead and lifts including loading and unloading and as per specification with the directions of Engineer- in- charge of work. (Ref: Section VI Part B)

Providng and fixing Gate valve of 80 mm dia of Board approved make conforming to relevant ISS with latest amendments and conveying to work site with etc., complete using all the required materials and as per site condition with all lead and lifts including loading and unloading and as per specification with the directions of Engineer- in- charge of work. Providng and fixing Non-Return valve of 80 mm dia of Board approved make conforming to IS 778 - 1984 with latest amendments and conveying to work site with etc., complete using all the required materials and as per site condition with all lead and lifts including loading and unloading and as per specification with the directions of Engineer- in- charge of work. Main connection:- Supplying and laying brand new insulated sheathed steel wire, steel tape armoured UG cable PVC with latest amendments with ISI mark for KEB pole to meter board 3/15 X 6 sqmm etc., complete with all lead and lifts including loading and unloading and as per specification with the directions of Engineer- in- charge of work. INDOOR TYPE BOARD : Consist of two units meter board unit and panel boad unit a) Meter board unit : One number MS box of size 350 X 380 X 150 mm fabricated out of 2 mm thick sheet metal with scalable door and arrangement for mounting CTs (if any) to connect 3 phase / 4 wise energy meter cable box etc., complete. A transparent glass piece should be provided for the protection wehre the energy meter reading could be read out. (b) panel board unit: One number cubical bype or control panel board of size 350 x 350 x 380x 150 mm fabricating out of 2 mm thick sheet metal to perate on 3 phase / 4 wire 50 Hz / 400 440 volts AC supply. (1) one number brand new best make flush type motor control switch as per IS 6875 with laterest amendments upto 6 ton 10 HP - 3 Amps. (2) One number of brand new best make volt meter of range 0.600 / volts as per IS 1248 with latest amendements. (3) One number of brand new best make single phase prevener as per IS 3231 with laterest amentments. (4) One number of brand new best make ammeter as per 1248 as per latest amendemnts 6 to HP ( 0 to 50 amps) (5) Indicator lamps for visual indication of electrical power as per IS 922 / 1979 with latest amendments. This complete unit shall be mounted on the MS angle of size 65X64X8 mm fabricated pedastal and epoxy painted with rust resistant primer and two coats of ash gray : olive green paints. These two units specified above with proper space in between them shall be provided with cable entry and exists hoses at the bottom punched and rubber bush retained in position so that they could be used and when required complete panel wiring should be done with cable as per IS 694 - 1990 with its latest amendments complete unit comprising of all the above items with one number best make brand new push botton operated starter as per IS 5124 and its latest amendments with protective relay 6-10 HP. etc., complete with all lead and lifts including loading and unloading and as per specification with the directions of Engineer- in- charge of work. Supplying and fixing of best indigeneous brand new Power Capacitor as per IS 2834 - 1986 with its latest amendments with ISI mark of required capacity tested and approved by KEB authorities and errection, electrification and commissioning of the same at the location of pump sets with necessary clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc., complete with all lead and lifts including loading and unloading and as per specification with the directions of Engineer- in- charge of work. Supplying and fixing M.C.B 63 Amps of Board approved make with necessary clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc., complete with all lead and lifts including loading and unloading and as per specification with the directions of Engineer- in- charge of work. (Ref: As per relevant IS )

Errection, Electrification & Commissioning of pump set along with all other electrical equipment shall be errected and commissioned in the presence of Engineer-in-charge of work including trial running for a period of 30 days. The work shall include the following errection and heat running of the pump sets along with allied equipments and as per the site condition. Giving performance tests of all the electrical equipment. Giving performance test of the pumps such as discharge, efficiency and the power absorption etc. training the departmental operating personnal in operation and maintenance of the pump set and allied equipments. Providing operating and maintenance manuals of the pumps and allied equipment to the operating personnal. Giving trial run of the pump set for a period of 30 days from the date of successful commissioning. etc., complete and as per site condition.etc., with all lead and lifts including loading and unloading and as per specifiction with the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work. Earthing: Supplying and fixing and wiring earth electrode confirming to IS 3049/1968 for grounding circuits IC cut outs and other equipements on the meter board in the pit. The pits should be filled up with equal proportion of salt and charcoal 150mm all round the pipe to complete depth. The connection of the pipe to the conduits etc., is to be established through GI wire etc., complete with all lead and lifts including loading and unloading and as per specification with the directions of Engineer- in- charge of work. Extension of HT line Supply and errection of 9 mtrs, long RCC pole of 145kg working laod using 12mm. steel including transportation to the work site, from the factory and head load from the nearest road, digging a pit to a depth of 1.80m. aligning it, refilling the soil, ramming etc., complete including providing pole concreting with CC 1:4:8 of size 400 x 400 x 1850 mm for 8.00 mtrs. pole and 500 x 650 1680 mm, for pole base using all materials such as cement, sand, jelly etc., complete including consolidating, curing etc., complete for each pole ( RCC poles for 67 mtrs. span as per KPTCL, rules and including for supporting poles) the testing of one No. of RCC. pole for every 50 pole should be witnessed by the Executive Engineer ) with all lead and lifts including loading and unloading and as per specification with directions of Engineer- in- charge of work(Ref: Section VI Part C)
