Providing and laying insitu vibrated M-20 ( 28 days cube compressive strength not less than 20 N / sq mm ) grade cement concrete using 20 mm down size approved, clean, hard, graded aggregates including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, formwork, centering, scaffolding, cleaning, batching, mixing, placing in position, levelling, vibrating, finishing, curing etc., complete for RCC works of gallery, sluice, spillway crest, spillway d / s face, energy dissipating structure, training walls, piers, abutments and such other locations ( Cement content : 330 kg / cum with use of super plasticiser ).complete with all lead and lift loading and unloading charges as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying insitu M- 25 ( 28 days cube compressive strength not less than 25 N / sq mm ) grade cement concrete using 20 mm down size approved, clean, hard, graded aggregates for wearing coat including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, formwork, cleaning,batching, mixing, placing in position in alternate panels, levelling,compacting, finishing, curing, packing joints with asphalt mortar etc.,complete with all lead and lifts. ( Cement content :360 kg / cum with use of super plasticiser )complete with all lead and lift loading and unloading charges as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and constructing protective railing consisting of cast in-situ railing posts of size 150 x 150 mm at bottom, 100 x 100 mm at top and 750 mm height at 2 m centre to centre in M-20 grade concrete using 20 mm down size graded aggregates and with each post reinforced by 4 Nos. of 8 mm dia main bars embedded in kerb concrete for a depth of 400 mm and 5 Nos. of 6 mm dia. stirrups including fixing 3 rows of 40 mm dia. GI pipes with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint, cost of all materials, machinery, labour, formwork, finishing, curing etc., complete with all lead and lift loading and unloading charges as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing, fabricating and placing in position reinforcement steel for RCC structures including cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending,lapping / welding joints wherever required, tying with 1.25 mm dia. Soft annealed steel wire, including cost of all materials, machinery, labour labour etc.,complete with all lead and lift loading and unloading charges as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing casing embankment using semi-pervious soil available from excavation in layers of 250 to300 mm before compaction includingcost of all materials, machinery, labour, all other operations such asre-excavation, sorting out, transportation, spreading soil to specifiedthickness, breaking clods, sectioning, watering, compacting to densitycontrol of not less than 95 percent using power roller etc., complete with all lead and lift loading and unloading charges as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing of FRP “C” section frame of size 100mm and wall thickness of 8mm (#1mm) and Rib thickness of 12mm smooth finish with marine grade gel coat, with side projections at every 1 Mtr. interval to hold the frame firmly in concrete including tie bar at top and key holes provided to tie the binding wire with reinforcement to maintain the alignment. FRP frames should be flushed to the top of the pier level after concreting to avoid damages of frames by debris of flood water. Binding of glass fibre mat must be Isoptholic polyester resin of marine grade with UV stabilizer to withstand all weather conditions and saline water (For any size). Anchor brackets to be provided to avoid the uplift of needles on either side of the groove, complete with all lead and lift loading and unloading charges as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

The water seals to be made out of synthetic rubber (EPDM) and housed in anodized aluminium housing as per design and drawing issued according to site conditions with the warranty of 5 years for any manufacturing defects (0 to 2 mtr height), complete with all lead and lift loading and unloading charges as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 50 mm dia perforated GI pressure relief pipes 750 mm long with one end closed with perforated GI plate and other end provided with alluminium lid hinged to pipe including cost of all materials,labour, drilling 8 mm dia holes etc., complete with all lead and lift loading and unloading charges as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

KSRRB M2700-5. Drainage Spouts using 100 mm class 'B' Gl pipe as per drawing and Technical specification including clamps and nuts etc., including cost of materials, labour, HOM complete as per specifications. MORTH Specification No. 2705, complete with all lead and lift loading and unloading charges as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and constructing 75 mm dia PVC pipe weep holes for concrete / masonry walls including providing 200 x 200 x 200 mm size porous concrete block made of cement and 20 mm down coarse aggregate in 1 : 4 proportion including 100 mm thick sand backing at the junction of wall and soil back fill, cost of all materials, machinery, labour etc.,complete with all lead and lift loading and unloading charges as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

KSRB 2-2.2 : Earthwork excavation by manual means for foundation of buildings, water supply, sanitary lines and electrical conduits either in pits or in trenches 1.5m and above in width, in hard soil not exceeding 1.5 m. in depth including dressing the bottom and sides of pits and trenches, stacking the excavated soil clear from edges of excavation with lead upto 50 m. after breaking of clods complete as per specifications. specification. No. KBS 2.1(b) / 2.3.5-in hard soil, complete with all lead and lift loading and unloading charges as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

KSRB 4-1.2 : Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete of mix 1:3:6 with OPC cement @ 220kgs, with 40mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @0.892cum and fine aggregtes @ 0.465cum machine mixed, machine mixed, concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15 cms. thick, well compacted, in foundation and plinth, cost of all materials, labour, HOM of machinery, curing complete as per specifications. Specification No. KBS 4.1, 4.2 complete with all lead and lift loading and unloading charges as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

KSRB 5.2-3 : Providing and constructing granite / trap / basalt size stone masonry in foundation cement mortar 1:6, stone hammerd dressed in courses not less than 20 cms high, bond stones at two m. apart in each course including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications. KBS 5.1.13 complete with all lead and lift loading and unloading charges as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

KSRB 5.3-3 : Providing and constructing granite / trap / basalt size stone masonry in basement with cement mortar 1:6, edges of stones chistle dressed in courses not less than 15 cms high, bond stones at two m. apart in each course including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications. KBS 5.1.13 complete with all lead and lift, loading and unloading charges as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

KSRB 4-1.6 ; Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete of mix 1:2:4 with cement @ 240kgs, with 20mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @0.878cum and fine aggregtes @ 0.459cum, machine mixed, concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15 cms. thick, well compacted, in foundation,plinth and cills, including cost of all materials, labour, HOM of machinery, curing complete as per specifications. Specification No. KBS 4.1, 4.2 complete with all lead and lift, loading and unloading charges as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

KSRB 2.3 : Filling available excavated earth ( excluding rock ) in sides of foundations upto plinth in layers not exceeding 20 cms. in depth, compacting each deposited layer by ramming after watering with lead upto 50 m. and lift upto 1.5 m. including cost of all labour complete as per specifications. specification. No. KBS 2.9 , complete with all lead and lift loading and unloading charges as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

KSRB 37.65.1 Providing and constructing laterite size stone masonry including cost and conveyance of all materials curing etc complete as per specification. IS 3620/1979 having compressive strength not less than 3.5N/332 for saturated dry samples.For super structure in CM 1:6 (Cement 45kgs/M3)complete with all lead and lift, loading and unloading charges as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

KSRB 4.9.2 : Providing T.M.T steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, placing in position, lapping and / or welding wherever required, tying with binding wire and anchoring to the adjoining members wherever necessary complete as per design (laps, hooks and wastage shall not be measured and paid) cost of materials, labour, HOM of machinery complete as per specifications. Specification No. KBS 4.6.3 (for TMT Bars Fe 500)complete with all lead and lift, loading and unloading charges as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

KSRB 4-6.7 :Providing and removing centering, shuttering, strutting, propping etc., and removal of form work for sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilever girders, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1m in depth including cost of all materials, labour complete as per specificaitons. Specification No. KBS 4.6.2, complete with all lead and lift, loading and unloading charges as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

KSRB 14.7-1: Providing and laying flooring with M15 cement concrete 40 mm thick using broken granite 20mm and down size laid to line and level in one layer and finish with a floating coat of neat cement, including cost of materials, labour, curing, complete as per specifications.
