Excavation for foundation in all kinds of soil by mechanical means including boulders upto 0.60m dia (0.113 cum ) for dam, barrage, spillway, intake structure and other appurtenant works and placing the excavated soil neatly in dump area or disposing off the same as directed etc., Complete with all lead and lift, loading and unloading charges as per the direction of Engineer in charge.(Below LWL)

( 0.113 cum ) for foundations of canal cross drainage and other appurtenant structures and placing the excavated stuff neatly in specified dump area or disposing off the same as directed etc.,Complete with all lead and lift, loading and unloading charges as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying insitu vibrated M-20 ( 28 days cube compressive strength not less than 20 N / sq mm ) grade cement concrete using 40 mm down size approved, clean, hard, graded aggregates for foundation filling including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, formwork, cleaning, batching, mixing, placing in position, levelling, vibrating, finishing, curing etc., Complete with all lead and lift, loading and unloading charges as per the direction of Engineer in charge. ( Cement content: 220 kg /cum with use of super plasticiser )

Providing, fabricating and placing in position reinforcement steel bars for RCC works including cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, lapping, welding wherever required, tying with 1.25mm dia soft annealed steel wire, including cost of all materials, machinery, labour etc., Complete with all lead and lift, loading and unloading charges as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying insitu vibrated M-20 ( 28 days cube compressive strength not less than 20 N / sq mm ) grade cement concrete using 20 mm down size approved, clean, hard, graded aggregates for Sub structure works including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, formwork, cleaning, batching, mixing, placing in position, levelling, vibrating, finishing, curing etc., Complete with all lead and lift, loading and unloading charges as per the direction of Engineer in charge. (Cement content: 330 kg /cum with use of super plasticiser )

Providing new embankment abutting to existing bund to strength the existing bund using soil available in adjacent area in layers of 200 to 250 mm and compacting each layer to density control of not less than 95 percent by vibrating plate compactor or pnuematic tamper including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, picking previous layer, spreading soil in layer, breaking clods, watering etc., complete with all lead and lifts.

Providing and constructing 300 mm thick dry rubble stone pitching/revitment with pin headers at 2 per sqm including cost of all materials, labour, hand packing, finishing etc., Complete with all lead and lift, loading and unloading charges as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Design, fabrication, supply, erection, testing and commissioning sliding type interchangeable stop log gate elements consisting of skin plate, horizontal and vertical girders, slide blocks, stiffeners, guide-shoes, rubber seals etc., with all accessories for canal regulator vent including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cutting, aligning, welding, finishing, cleaning, applying one coats of zinc rich epoxy primer and three coats of cold applied coal tar epoxy paint, seal fixing etc., complete as per specifications and approved drawings with all leads and lifts. Complete with all lead and lift, loading and unloading charges as per the direction of Engineer in charge. Note: Wt of 1 set of stoplog elements in tonnes = 0.0995 (L2 x H x h)0.716 Where (L) is length = Clear distance between piers in m + 0.50 m (H) is total height of stoplog gate in m = FSL - Sill level+0.30 m (h) is head of water above sill of gate in m = FSL - Sill level

KSRB 14.6-2: Providing and laying heavy duty cobble stones 75mm thick interlock pavers, using cement and course sand for manufacture of blocks of approved size, shape and colour with a minimum compressive strength of 281 kg per sqm over 50mm thick sand bed (average thickness) and compacting with plate vibrator having 3 tons compaction force thereby forcing part of sand underneath to come up in between Joints, final compaction of paver surface Joints into its final level, including cost of materials, labour and HOM complete as per specifications. Complete with all lead and lift, loading and unloading charges as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing M.S. Rectangular poles made out of 2 equal angles of 65x65x6 mm welded together and fixed in CC (1 :2:4) WITH 2 NOS 16mm dia M.S. hold fast rods each of length 25 cms. Including cost of all materials cutting, bending scaffolding wherever necessary, nicely finishing the welded joints with all lead lifts and as per the directions of the Engineer-in- charge of the work and including providing 2 coats of approved quality paint over one coat of shop painting (excluding cost of earthwork and concrete) including cost of materials, labour, HOM complete as per specifications. Complete with all lead and lift, loading and unloading charges as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing chain link fencing 50mm size of 8 guage properly stretched between existing rectangular poles and fixed with suitable bolts & nuts, the free ends shall be welded to the pole and block pipe at top and bottom as required including cost of all materials, labour, lead and lifts and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge of work including two coats of approved quality paint over one coat of shop paint, including cost of materials, labour, HOM complete as per specifications. Complete with all lead and lift, loading and unloading charges as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
