The eligibility requirements mentioned in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU for a certain number of financial years before the bid opening date. 2. Past Performance: The bidder's past performance is considered, with a weightage of 50%. The bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 50% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. 3. Local Content: Minimum 50% and 20% Local Content required for qualifying as Class 1 and Class 2 Local Supplier respectively. 4. Udyam Registration: Eligible micro and small enterprises should have a valid Udyam Registration and their credentials should be validated online through Udyam Registration portal. 5. Manufacturer/OEM: The bidder must be the manufacturer/OEM of the offered product. 6. Service Provider: In respect of bid for Services, the bidder must be the Service provider of the offered Service. The values and percentages mentioned for eligibility requirements are: - 50%: Minimum quantity of bid quantity that the bidder should have supplied in at least one of the last three Financial years and also the weightage of past performance. - 20%: Minimum Local Content required for qualifying as Class 2 Local Supplier. Technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender include: 1. Certificate (Requested in ATC) 2. OEM Authorization Certificate 3. Compliance of BoQ specification and supporting document 4. Udyam Registration Certificate: The bidder should have a valid Udyam Registration Certificate, which should be validated online through Udyam Registration portal. 5. Documentary evidence: Relevant documentary evidence should be uploaded along with the bid in respect of the offered product or service, to prove the bidder's eligibility for purchase preference. 6. Certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of local content and the details of locations at which the local value addition is made.
