"On behalf of the President of India" Tenders for the SRWP of 25 Ton Tug Tez (including spares) are invited by the Admiral Superintendent, Naval Ship Repair Yard, Karwar. The SRWP of Tug Tez is scheduled from 01 JUN 19 to 31 AUG 19. During refit period, the Docking and Allied Repairs is planned for 90 calendar days [30 Calendar days in dry dock for refit package].The tender shall be submitted in single stage two - bid system, comprising of Technical and commercial bids. The following enclosures are forwarded along with this enquiry to assist you in preparing your commercial bid:- (a) Index of Tender Document - Enclosure - I (b) Schedule of Requirements - Enclosure - II (c) Standard Conditions of Contract - Enclosure – III (d) Guidelines for Preparation of Technical Bid - Enclosure - IV (e) Guidelines for Preparation of Commercial Bid - Enclosure - V (f) Summary Sheet for Costing - Enclosure – VI (g) Format of EMD as per DPM - Enclosure – VII (h) Bill of Quantity (BOQ) - Enclosure – VIII (j) Safety Regulations - Enclosure- IX (h) Mandatory Spares - Enclosure- X 5. Quotation should remain valid up to 120 days from the date of opening of Technical Bid. 6. Submission of Online Bids at www.eprocure.gov.in. Bids with relevant supporting documents indicated in this RFP are to be uploaded in Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP) (i.e. www.eprocure.gov.in). Non adherence to the same will be considered as non-acceptance of all the terms and conditions by the firm and the bid is liable to be rejected. The firm should avoid uploading irrelevant documents. (ii)Content 2 (Description:- Price Bid):- Bill of Quantity (BOQ) named as ‘Price Bid Format’ available in .xls format be downloaded from www.eprocure.gov.in. Same is to be duly filled (post enabling of ‘Macros’), validated (using push button named as ‘BoQ Validation’ in excel sheet) and post successful validation to be uploaded in .xls format only). The price of mandatory spares to be filled as per OEM price list in BOQ & services for undertaking routines may be quoted against DL serials of ME/DA/Voith /STP/Compressor and Centrifuge. (iii) Content 3 (Description:- Anticipatory Spares (if any) and Additional Information on Taxes & Duties).
