(vii) Transport the manifold back to the ship,
(viii) Check functioning of system onboard ship.

(a) Remove the RAM tensioner cylinder from ship, (b) Transport the RAM tensioner cylinder to our works, (c) Dismantle the cylinder at our works, (d) Overhaul the cylinder depending on the problem. This may involve chrome plating - grinding of rod / honing of tube, (e) Renew all the seals, (f) Test the cylinder on test bed, (g) Transport cylinder back to the ship, (h) Fit cylinder in place on ship and take trials.
