Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :New work (two coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying two coats of wax polishing to existing mosiac floor as following:- a) Polishing the surface with 2nd grade polish stone and filling the open joints with required white cement and colour pigment. b) Polishing with fine quality polishing stones and cleaning with water. c) Providing and applying two coats wax and polish mixed with petrol and polishing with coir bundles and finishing with floor polish machine. the work is executed as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two coats on new work after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives, New work (Two coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 m². Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 m² with paint of approved quality to give an even shade, after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Repair to existing ply wood ward-robes with 19mm plywood, beading,laminate and all necessary including cost of materials labour, lead,lift complete as per specifications

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipes with clamp at 1.0 m spacing.This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
