The Eligibility requirements mentioned are: 1. Experience Criteria: - The Bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for a certain number of Financial years before the bid opening date. - 1 Year (s) of experience in same/similar service. - The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 60% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date. 2. Past Performance: - 60% weightage is given to past performance. - The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 60% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 60% weightage for past performance - 60% of bid quantity for past performance - 1 Year of experience Technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender are: 1. Certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of local content and the details of locations at which the local value addition is made. 2. Declaration relating to percentage of local content shall be certified by the statutory auditor or cost auditor, if the OEM is a company, and by a practicing cost accountant or a chartered accountant for OEMs other than companies. 3. Udyam Registration and online validation through Udyam Registration portal for MSEs. 4. OEM certification: The bidder must be the manufacturer/OEM of the offered product on GeM. 5. Service provider certification: In respect of bid for Services, the bidder must be the Service provider of the offered Service.
