Validity of the Quote 180 Days

LD Clause: In the event of an order, we reserve the right to collect a sum of 0.5% per week including taxes of delay or part thereof, subject to a maximum of 10% as our claim-towards liquidated damages on the undelivered part of the order\Service.

100% payment within 30 days through NEFT after satisfactory completion of work and receipt of invoice duly certified by user department.

By participating / bidding against this tender the Seller / Bidder automatically complies with the bid and all HAL terms and conditions. In the absence of this input the offer would be considered as acceptance of HAL RFQ terms and conditions. If any terms and conditions are not acceptable, the same has to be brought in the quotation clearly.

The firm has to calibrate the parameters specified such as dc voltage, dc current, ac voltage, ac current, resistance, frequency and capacitance e for full range.

Firm should calibrate the instruments and issue calibration certificate mentioning the accuracy and linearity, valid for the next two years from the date of calibration.

Firm should put the sticker on the instruments, which should include instruments serial no. date of calibration, due date and calibration certificate number.

If the calibration accuracy is out of tolerance limits, the firm has to adjust through electronic correction without replacing the components to adjust the accuracy with in specified limits.

Quotation will be accepted only those who having NABL accreditation for calibration of given scope and range. vendor should submit NABL / NIST accreditation certificate copies while quotation. (Except govt agencies)

Firm has to come collect and deliver the po items in working condition to HAL Engine Division. any damage to instruments during transport, cost of repair will be borne by the vendor.

Vendor has to collect and deliver the instrument within seven working days.

Firms should incorporate transportation charges in their quotation.

Payment will be made through NEFT only, after successful completion of calibration certificates (except for govt. agencies).

Security Deposit: the successful vendor, shall have to deposit 5% of the value of the order as Security Deposit (to be calculated only on basic cost excluding taxes & duties, if such details are furnished separately in the bid submitted) within 15 days of receipt of the purchase order, by demand draft or bank guarantee in a prescribed format of HAL from a schedule bank in India/ bank of international repute (for Foreign vendors), valid up to 60 days after the completion of contract period/last supply. This Security Deposit will bear no interest and will be returned only after the contract is completed to the entire satisfaction of HAL. In case, quotes received without indicating the break-up details of GST, ED etc. and order placed subsequently on composite value (without indicating break-up details of taxes & duties) then the Security Deposit to be sought on the composite value (including taxes & duties). a) In case the contract is not executed to the entire satisfaction of HAL the security deposit shall be forfeited, besides initiation of risk purchase action. b) No claim will be entertained against HAL either in respect of interest, if any due on the security deposit or depreciation in value. c) On due performance and completion of the contract in all respects, the security deposit will be returned to the vendor, without any interest, on presentation of absolute “No Demand Certificate” and upon return in good condition of any specifications, drawings, samples or any other property belonging to the purchaser, which may have been issued to the vendor.
