Granular sub-base/base/surface course with local materials [Table 400.13] by mix in place method normal construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per technical specification clause 408 etc., complete with all lead and lifts etc., complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

WBM Grading 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening / binding material to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density grading II as per technical sepcification clause 405 etc., complete with all lead and lifts etc., complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

WBM Grading3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, roling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening / binding material to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density grading III as per technical specification clause 405 etc., complete with all lead and lifts etc., complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Prime Coat Low Porosity: Providing and applying coat with bitumen emulsion [SS-1] on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg / sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification Clause 502 By Mechanical meansetc., complete with all lead and lifts etc., complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Tack coat: Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion [RS1] using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 etc., complete with all lead and lifts etc., complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Mix seal surface: Providing, laying and rolling of close-graded premix surfaceing material of 20mm thickness composed of 11.2mm to 0.9mm (Type-A) or 13.2mm to 0.9mm (Type-B) aggregates using penetrationgrade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 8-10kN static roller and finishing to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 509, By Mechanical Means Type-b, Bitumen (S-65) etc., complete with all lead and lifts etc., complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Construction Sub - Grade and Earthen Shoulders : Construction of Sub grade and earthen Shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lift and leads transporting to site spreading grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.2 with as per Technical Specification clause 303.1 etc., complete with all lead and lifts etc., complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Providing and fixing of typical citizen information board as peer specifications and drawing. Two CI/GI plates of 5mm thick, top and bottom plate duly welded with M.S. flat iron 50mm x 5m size on back on edges. The M.S flat iron frame wil be welded to 2 nos vertical and 2 nos horizontal 75NB [Heavy] class, 4.50mm thick steel tube post and duly embedded in cement concrete M 15 grade of 600 x 600 x 750mm, 600mm below ground leve. All M.S. will be stove enamelded on both sides, lettering and printing arrows, border etc., painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and cloour, All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing etc., complete including erection, fixing, tieing, cutting, grinding, shaping etc., complete including cost of materials, labour, hire charges of machinery and equipment with all lead and lift, loading and unloading charges, fuel charges including all incidental charges as per the direction of the engineer in charge and technica specification etc., complete with all lead and lifts etc., complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
