15.7 & 134 - Providing and supplying crystalline integral concrete waterproofing admixture that waterproofs concrete by forming crystals deep in the pores, capillaries and microcracks of the concrete, self-seal waterproofing compound to bridge shrinkage cracks upto 0.5mm in width & resist hydro-static pressure upto 16bar for both positive & negative pressure confirming to DIN 1048 part 5 for 56% reduction in depth of penetration against control, resistance to chloride penetration confirming to ASTM C 1202 with 64% improvement against control & protecting steel re-inforcement against corrosion mixed @ 1% by weight of cementitious content in concrete. ie., integral crystaline waterproofing admix @ 0.5 kg/bag of cement. 8.4.2 & 41 - Providing 12mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) to brick masonry including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. ---- Complete with all lead and lift loading and unloading charges etc., work should be carried out as per the Specification and direction of Engineer in Charge of the work

7.18 & 23 - Providing and laying cinder concrete in cement 1:15 ( 1 cement : 15 cinder of 12.5mm nominal gauge) on terraced roof or sunken slabs, laid to slope compacting, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications. ---- Complete with all lead and lift loading and unloading charges etc., work should be carried out as per the Specification and direction of Engineer in Charge of the work

The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machineries, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. 9.11 & 60 - Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ m2 including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete ---- Complete with all lead and lift loading and unloading charges etc., work should be carried out as per the Specification and direction of Engineer in Charge of the work

8.2.1 & 41 - Providing 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. ---- Complete with all lead and lift loading and unloading charges etc., work should be carried out as per the Specification and direction of Engineer in Charge of the work

9.39 & 65 - Providing skirting, dadooing, rises of steps with colour glazed tiles 6mm thick on 10mm thick cement plaster 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry over existing rough plaster surface using glazed tiles of approved make and size including cost of materials, labour, complete as per specifications. ---- Complete with all lead and lift loading and unloading charges etc., work should be carried out as per the Specification and direction of Engineer in Charge of the work

9.20.1 & 62 - Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Size of Tile 500x500 mm ---- Complete with all lead and lift loading and unloading charges etc., work should be carried out as per the Specification and direction of Engineer in Charge of the work

12.93 & AD - Providing & fixing factory made single extruded Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) solid door/ window/ celestory windows & frames / chowkat of frame size 65x100mm ---- Complete with all lead and lift loading and unloading charges etc., work should be carried out as per the Specification and direction of Engineer in Charge of the work

12.96 & AD - Providing & fixing Factory made 100% carpenter friendly ready to use Single Solid Plain Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) flush shutter of 30mm thcikness which is anti termite and having water absorption property. The cost includes cost of materials, transportation, labour and fixing charges. ---- Complete with all lead and lift loading and unloading charges etc., work should be carried out as per the Specification and direction of Engineer in Charge of the work

8.39 & 48 - Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand andmanufacture to give an even shade : Two coats on new work afterthoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar dropsand foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand papersmooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and asper directions of Engineer-in-charge. ---- Complete with all lead and lift loading and unloading charges etc., work should be carried out as per the Specification and direction of Engineer in Charge of the work

11.35.2.3 & 87 - Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate sections and other sections of approved make conformingto IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required diaand size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e.at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprenegasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight,mitred and jointedmechanically wherever required including cleatangle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings andthe directions of Engineer-in-charge. 11.36.1 & 87 - Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS:12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windowsshutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc.complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-incharge:Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on oneside and balancing lamination on other side including cost of materials,labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications. ---- Complete with all lead and lift loading and unloading charges etc., work should be carried out as per the Specification and direction of Engineer in Charge of the work

11.37.2 & 88 - Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasketetc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions ofengineer-in-charge . 9.103 - Providing & Fixing Mosquito mesh shutters made out of Stainless Steel mosquito proof mesh with 95% & above visibility which is fixed to the powder coated aluminium frame 32mm thick of approved shade.
