The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 3 years for Experience Criteria - 50% for Past Performance - 50% and 20% Local Content for Class 1 and Class 2 Local Suppliers respectively - 2 years of experience is required for same/similar service in one of the sources Technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender are: 1. OEM Authorization Certificate 2. Certificate from the Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant indicating the turnover details for the relevant period 3. Compliance of BoQ specification and supporting document 4. Additional Doc 1 (Requested in ATC) 5. Additional Doc 2 (Requested in ATC) 6. OEM certification (if the bidder is an OEM or has an OEM) 7. Documentary evidence of having supplied same or similar Category Products in the past 8. Generic Data Sheet of the product(s) offered in the bid 9. Warranty certificates from the OEM 10. Escalation Matrix of Telephone Numbers for Service Support 11. Undertaking that the bidder is not under liquidation, court receivership or similar proceedings, and are not bankrupt 12. Copies of relevant contracts to support their experience criteria 13. Data Sheet of the product(s) offered in the bid 14.
