Wall painting with Premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacturer, including necessary surface preparation, scrapping of existing/old surface (if required) & applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. One coats or more on the existing painted surface,as directed by the EIC

Providing & applying acrylic anti-carbonation coating in 2 coats or more of minimum DFT of 200 microns, after the necessary surface preparation, repairing cracks with epoxy grout or crack filler paste as directed by the EIC, and primer coat application of approved make and quality. The payment shall be done to the area where the application procedure is followed as per the approved make manufacturer's specifications

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Removing dry or oil-bound distemper, acrylic paint, waterproofing cement paint, plastic emulsion paint, or any paint by scrapping, sandpapering, and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches, etc. complete as directed by the EIC.

Providing and injecting approved epoxy grout in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/masonry by suitable gun/pump/nozzles at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (The payment shall be made based on the actual weight of approved grout injected. The payment shall be made only when the injection procedure is followed as per the manufacturer's specifications. The payment includes material, labour, injectors equipments etc. and no extra payment shall be made extra) Epoxy injection grout in concrete/RCC work of approved make

Providing, mixing and applying a SBR based bonding coat of 1.5 cement : 1 Pidicrete URP or approved equivalent constructions chemical to the existing dismantled / chipped and cleaned surface as per specifications and direction of EIC.

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 15% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: For payment purpose, pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is complete including all materials, labour, tools, scaffolding, plants as approved by Engineer-in-charge etc. complete: 12mm to 25mm thickness as approved by EIC

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dump areas at designated places within plant premises as directed by Engineer-incharge.

Erection and dismantling of double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, on the height above 3 m from supporting structure/level or the Ground level, up to any height, as per the site requirements, including additional rows of scaffolding in the stepped manner, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform, safety net etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of works and removing it thereafter. In case the scaffolding is required to be erected beyond 1.5m width for staging etc., it is deemed to be inclusive in the rate of this item and no extra payment shall be made against extra width beyond 1.5m. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building, etc, wherever required, complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in- charge. Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. (2) The payment will be made once only for the execution of all items for such works. (scaffolding will be paid separately for the job at height for all types of work having a height of more than 3 m, on actually fixing the scaffolding at the site. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment will be made once irrespective of the duration of scaffolding. The scaffolding is to be fixed as per the requirement of EIC & F&S Deptt of GMPL)

Providing and applying two part, tough and elastomeric Polysulphide Sealant, conforming to BS:4254, Dr. Fixit Pidiseal PS of M/s Pidilite Industries Ltd. or equivelent, in the expansion joint as per manufacturer’s specifications including providing and fixing of back up material like close cell polyethelene foam board , masking tape, application of compatible primer Dr. Fixit Pidiprime A, tooling, finishing, removal of masking tape etc.(Groove size 25 mm X 12 mm).

Providing Dr.Fixit crack x paste or equivalent for filling the cracks upto 5mm thick.

Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of the concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready made) having VOC content less than 50 gm per ltr. of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete. as per manufacturer's specification, including necessary surface preparation, scrapping of existing/old surface (if required) & applying additional coats wherever required, as directed by the EIC: One or more coats on old work

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved brand and manufacturer and of required shade and colour all complete, including necessary surface preparation& applying additional coats wherever required, as directed by the EIC. to achieve even shade and colour: New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade, including necessary surface preparation, scrapping of existing/old surface (if required) & applying additional coats wherever required, as directed by the EIC: Old work (One or more coats applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade, including necessary surface preparation, scrapping of existing/old surface (if required) & applying additional coats wherever required, as directed by the EIC: Old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm).

Painting with acid proof paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, including necessary surface preparation& applying additional coats wherever required, as directed by the EIC. : Two or more coats on old work
