[6mm dia bars, 8No's, Reinforcement steel quantity works out to 4Kg/m3 of concrete, Total quantity for 81No's of pedestals =4x4.37/1000=0.0175tonnes

code9 - MODULE STAND, SYSTEM MOUNTING BOX, RAISER POST, ELEPHANT POST GUARD AND BOTTOM FIXTURE BELOW GROUND Providing and fixing Structural Steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in- Charge. 6(a) Module Stand Part A: Frame which is made out of MS L-angle section of 25x25x3mm fabricated to suit the solar PV module also painted with anti-rust coat. Module stand is tilted to an angle of 12 degree placed North side-upwards & South downwards which will help the module to capture Solar radiations. Part B: Is made of 50NB GI pipe as per IS standards with fastners to fasten the stand on top of the post. Bottom of the pipe is firmly fixed by concreting below the ground to a depth of 0.6m.

code10 - 6(a)(i)Painting with black anti-corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :One coats on old work as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge.

code11 - System Mounting Box Consists of Housing box and Stand: A. Housing Box: Double Gel Battery Box: Console cabinet of size 600mm (Length) x 630mm (Depth including door) x 860mm(Height including canopy) made with body entirely made of 22 SWG MS sheet and door and bottom made with 20 SWG MS sheet duly spray painted. The door shall be protected with gasket and provision to fix external lock and two camlocks installed. A wire hanger shall be provided at the back to support excess wire and attachments. The inner layout shall consist of a shelf in between with depth of 300mm and a holder plate to mount system. Should be coated with Anti rusting paint to withstand all weather conditions to suit outdoor installation. B. Stand: Made of MS L-angle 25x25x3mm fabricated to suit the size of Housing box. Should be provided with fastners to interlock housing box. Stand should be firmly fixed to the ground by concreting all four legs.

code12 - Raiser post : Raiser post consists of Part-A: Vertical pipes of 4.25 height- 50mmx50mmx2mm thick respectively. Part-B: Horizontal T-frame of 0.9m length & 50mmx50mmx2mm thick fabricated to suit and to lock with vertical post & post guard. Both the posts are GI Square Hallow Pipe. These pipes are manufactured conforming to IS-1239 (Part-1) 1990 Horizontal T-frame is mounted on vertical raiser using suitable bolt & nut. [To work out the steel qunatity, density of Galvanized iron is considered as 7850kg/m3 Total no's considered is 81No's for 2km]

code13 - Elephant post guard Elephant post guard is provided to protect Post from elephant attack and is extended at the end of T-frame for 4ft & at the centre as well (as shown in dwg) by using suitable size pipe with the help of bolt and nut SS wire is interlinked at all four ends of guard pipe & SS wire rope is suspended at equal intervals It is made of 15mmx15mmx1.2mmthick non rusting quality of GI pipe as per Indian Standards. Quantity = 2Nos per raiser post, total =2x81=162Nos

code14 - Bottom fixture below ground Made of 75x75x2mm wall thickness, ISI make GP or GA Square pipe. The pipes are manufactured conforming to IS- 1239 (Part-l) I 990 which has inner size of 71mm at both sides. Length is 0.85m, wherein 0.60m is concreted below the ground to hold Raiser post firmly in the ground. (Quantity is worked out for 81Nos for 2km) 75mmx75mmx2mm thick GI square hallow -0.85 length
