COMPANY SIGNAGE TYPE-II Providing and fixing COMPANY SIGNAGES (Type 2) as per following specification: a)M.S.Structure as per design and drawing - including Metal primer and 2 coats of enamel painting of approved colour section sizes to be followed as per approved drawings b)ACP Sheet :4.0 mm thick 0.35 mm skin of approved colour and make, Brand: Viva, Aludecor, Alstone. c) Acrylic letter with reflective film (Grade:Type-XI): Black or any approved colour ,6.0 mm laser cut letters, Font size 75mm. Brand : AstharI/UB/A cast /Marga cipta d)Self Adhesive Vinyl stickers with reflective film (Grade:Type-XI) font size 65mm, Brand : 3M only. e) Fastnets: M12 X 6" Hilti bolts for foundation f) ELCITA Logo (Background with reflective film (Grade:Type-XI)) as per appoved drawing g) M25 Concrete base foundation Structure as per drawings including earth work, PCC,centring reinforcement steel, etc. to complete the work h) Fixed or Board attached to frame work as per drawing These must be complete in all respect ,etc., complete as per design drawing and direction of Architect and Client. NOTE for all above Items: 1.Contractor to consider both BOQ and Drawing while Quoting the rate. 2.Contractor to submit Shop drawings and Artwork for approval of Client and Architect. 3. Wherever Scaffolding required to be considered in Quoted cost, 4. SIGNAGE (Circle) WITH LED LIGHTS Providing & fixing of retro reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67-2012 made of class C type XI retro reflective sheeting fixed over 4.0 mm thick aluminium composite material sheet, Brand: Viva, Aludecor, Alstone. depending on the size of the sign fixed over the back support frame of min 25 X 25 X 3mm angle or approved size box section mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65 NB,(OD-76.1mm) dia 3.2 mm thickness firmly fixed to the ground by 6mm thick base plate means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 cm X 45 cm X 60 cm. 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours) including all leads and lifts etc. Contractor to submit shop drawing for approval to Architects and clients for approval complete as per drawing , specification and direction of Architect/ Engineer-in-charge. Complete including fixing on wall, poles, Trees, traffic signal pole existing structurers etc with hanging fixures, screws and washers etc, complete in all respect Two coats of enamel painting with metal primer to be considered in Quoted cost. For Signage Board which is of (16.4mx1.4m) , mode of measurement is Signage size and cost for outside MS Framework to be included while quoting for Signages. b)ACP Sheet :4.0 mm thick 0.35 mm skin of approved colour and make, Brand: Viva, Aludecor, Alstone. c) Acrylic letter in 60mm thick embossed of Font size (Big letters:450mm and Small letters:280mm) with CNC cut as per Design with HIP reflective film (Grade:Type-XI) of approved colour over Acrylic letter. d)Graphics material Acrylic or Equivalent material with HIP reflective film (Grade:Type-XI) of approved colour over Acrylic letter or Equivalent material. e) Elicita Logo (Background with HIP reflective film (Grade:Type-XI)) as per appoved drawing. f) Painting for M S works and mesh work of approved colour. g) Necessary Graphics shop drawings to be given by vendor for approval to client and Architect. h) Necessary Lighting Arrangement to be made by vendor. i) Necessary Scaffolding to be added in quoted cost. j) Strip lighting to be added as per design requirement. k) Any other works required relating to exit signage over FOB to be included in the cost.
