OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE for 4th year :- Operation and maintenance of the scheme as per TOR which includes providing sufficient technical staff valve man wachman oprations electrican and others who are required to run system in complete manner and providing all materials & chemicals required for opration for opration of raw water pumping machinary & pumping machinary at WTPalso pumping machinary nat intermediets sump to villages (Yemmiganur & 2 Other Village) jack wells /WTP/Pipe line repaire works 1.Regular maintenance of civil structures like jack well , raw water balancing tank , RSF/SSF, pure water house MBT& exiting in village OHT and all other civil structure. The maintenance consist of all kinds of repair to damaged structure cleaning & washing and painting for civil structure . All the infrastructure must be maintained in good working condition through out the year and replacement of damage pipeline valves etc. if found necessary it includes cost of materials and labour charges and also monitoring systems the maintainance involes Raw water raising mains,pure raising main ,maintaining the requird discharge the quatom of water in each pipe . 2. Operation and maintenance WTP it including dosing of required quantity of alum cloring and requireed necessary chemicals including replacement of sand/filter media as reuired as per standard of establishednorms from time to time maintaining the quality of water as per guidelines CPHEEO manual ISI specification including cost of testing of water at laboratory twice in a month. 3.Operation and maintenance of all kinds of pumping machinery other chemical components of the scheme including electricalmaintainance coveing all repairs relacement of eletrical cable/switch board . Replacement of all parts of machinery will be carried out as per the direction of the engineer incharge for satisfactory functioning of the scheme to provide the designeddis charge of drinking water to all the habitants of the project.

Earthwork excavation for pipeline trenches including depositing on bank upto a lead of 50 mtrs and depth up to 2.00 mtrs. Including shoring and strutting, danger lighting and using sight rails and boning rods at every 100 mtrs. Wherever necessary as directed in the following strata. (Manual Means)

Refilling the basement and pipeline trenches with selected available earth from trench excavation including watering, Consolidation in layers of 15 cm thick including disposing of the surplus earth with all lead & lifts. (Compacting with vibro roller) Note: Add Rs. 203.00 / cum for earth obtained from borrow pits.

Supply and fixing of Horizontal Mechanical Woltman type hermetically sealed water meters with copper Glass register with IP 68 protection. The meter shall be removable machanism type manufactured as ISO 4064-1: 1993 with MID certification. The meters shall be capable of transmitting consumption data on daily basis to central server through GSM/GPRS. The meter interface unit shall be fitted to the meter without wire. The consumption data shall be collected, stored and analysed by data logger. The data logger should provide data like flow rate, total flow, consumption analyses, reverse flow, meter tampering, daily flow distribution, leakage detection. The data logger shall also send alarms on blocked meter, flow rate above limit, pressure below or above limits.200mm

Earthwork excavation by manual means for foundation of buildings, culverts, water supply and sanitary lines and electrical conduits etc, either in pits or in trenches 1.5m and above in width, in ordinary soil not exceeding 1.5 m. in depth including dressing the bottom and sides of pits and trenches, stacking the excavated soil clear from edges of excavation with lead upto 50 m. including breaking of clods complete as per specifications.

Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete of grade M 15 with OPC cement @ 240kgs, with 40mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @0.878cum and fine aggregtes @ 0.459cum machine mixed, concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15 cms.thick, well compacted, in foundation, including cost of all materials, labour, HOM of machinery,curing complete as per specifications.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of design mix M20 with OPC cement @ 320kgs, with 20mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @0.69cum and fine aggregtes @ 0.46cum, with superplastisiser @3lts confirming to IS9103-1999Reaffirmed-2008, machine mixed, concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15 cms thick, vibrated forall works in ground floor level for roof slabs, staircase, lintels, and beams,retaining walls, return walls, walls ( any thickness ) including attached pilasters, columns, pillars,posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks,plain window cills, fillets etc., including cost of all materials, labour, HOM of machinery, curing,complete but excluding cost of reinforcement as per specifications.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of Design mix M25 with OPC cement @ 340kgs, with 20mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates@0.70 cum and fine aggregtes @ 0.47cum, with super plasticisers @ 3 liters confirming to IS 9103-1999 reafirmed-2008 at machine mixed, concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15 cms thick, vibrated for all works in foundation for footings, pedastals, retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness ) including attached pilasters, columnspillars, posts, struts, buttresses, bed blocks,anchor blocks & plinths, RCC Raft of Flash mixers, Floculator, RSF, Raft of Zonal balancing Tanks, Raft of Master Blancing Tank, Raft of IPS/IMP, Side wall and Top Dome for GLSR's, Pure water sump etc.. ., including cost of all materials, labour, HOM of machinery, curing,complete but excluding cost of reinforcement as per specifications.

Providing T.M.T steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, placing in position, lapping and / or welding wherever required, tying with binding wire and anchoring to the adjoining members wherever necessary complete as per design (laps, hooks and wastage shall not be measured and paid) including for OHT & reservoier, cost of materials, labour, HOM of machinery complete as per specifications.

Providing collectiong transporting, loading unloading washed course sand at site work as per direction of Engineer incharge of Work Sand + 14.0 x 10.0 x 0.05 x 5 Nos

Labour charges for laying filter media in all depth as per specifications in infiltration gallery works including clening sdreening and placing in under water with all lead and lift to the point of laying etc., complete and as per the direction of the engineer in charge of work. Coursed sand passing through a sieve of 4 meshes 2.5 cms. and retained in sieve of 10 meshes to 2.5 cms. and filling it under water and coursed sand passing through a sieve of 10 meshes to 2.5 cms. and fillng it under water.
