KSRB 4.2.5 : Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of design mix 1:2:4 with 20mm and down size graded granite metal, machine mixed, concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15 cms thick, vibrated for all works in foundation plinth and ground floor level for retaining walls, return walls, walls ( any thickness ) including attached plasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks plain window cills, fillets etc,, including cost of all materials, labour, HOM of machinery, curing, complete as per specifications.

Providing chain link fencing 50mm size of 8 guage properly stretched between rectangular poles and fixed with suitable bolts & nuts, the free ends shall be welded to the pole and block pipe at top and bottom as required including cost of all materials, labour, lead and lifts, cutting, bending wherever necessary, wastage and lapping etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge of work including two coats of approved quality paint over one coat of shop paint.

Fabricatting, providing and erecting in postion of M S Ornamental security Grill Gate without hot dip using 75x12mm MS flat for alround frame work with verticals at the centre and horizontal centere support MS square of 20x20 mm of different heights as shown in the drawing are to be fixed at 16 cms C/C for square bars of full height and at 8 cms C/C for bottom rods providing ornamental C I Designers at the botom and C I arrows in the midle and top. The entire frame work is to be fixed by means of expansion bolts to the brick pillars with necessary drilling holes. the work includes porviding two coats of enamel painting over one coatr of red lead ready mix primer coat etc complete cost of all labour, painting, erection charges using hoist pullyecranes with all lead and lift, loading, transporting and unloading using hoist pulley cranes, scaffolding charges and all other incidental charges required for successful completeion to the work as per specification and drawings.

Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means for carring of cut earth to embankment site with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 50 m as per Technical Specification clause 302.3

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100 kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406. Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement oncrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501,2.2 M.20 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coase aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.20 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying primer, sealant near approaches to ridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days. as per drawing and Technical specifications Clause 1501

KSRB 2-2.2: Earthwork excavation for foundation of buildings, water supply, sanitary lines and electrical conduits either in pits or in trenches 1.5m and above in width, in ordinary soil not exceeding 1.5 m. in depth including dressing the bottom and sides of pits and trenches, stacking the excavated soil clear from edges of excavation with lead upto 50m. after breaking of clods complete as per specifications.
