PROVIDING AND FIXING PROJECT NAME BOARD : Providing and fixing RCC name board of size 1.35x0.60x0.04 mtrs fixed in reinforced cement concrete poles of size 0.10x0.10x2.60mtrs in cement concrete M 20 proportion using 20mm and down size graded metal machine mixed with 10mm dia main steel bars and 8mm dia stirpes as shown in drawing. The board shall be provided with 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on both the sides. PRESSURE SAND FILTRE : Providing of Multi-grade Pressure Filter with required accessories for connecting the filter to rising main with a maximum / minimum operating pressure of 3.5 Kg/ cm2 to 2.0 Kg / cm2 respectively and confirming to the following specifications: to filter water containing 50 ppm of suspended solids to produce a filtrate with less than 5 ppm of suspended solids. a) The vertical cylindrical shell with dish ends made up of mild steel confirming to IS 2062 fabricated of plate thickness 5 mm and dish end thickness 5 mm the inner surface of M.S. DISINFECTION UNIT: Generation and dosing of 35 liter of hypochlorite per batch of 8 hours Providing of Batch type Disinfectant system (Electro – Chlorinators / Chlorine Generators) with required accessories for dosing the Sodium Hypochlorite solution suitable to control feed rate and the Electro-chlorinator and dosing system confirming to the following specification.
