TMC04 - Wet Mix Macadam (Plant mix method): Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver/grader in sub-base /base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. CSR VOL-III, P No -26, SI No-4.17

TMC05 - Providing and constructing un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383:2016:, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including construction joints, primer, sealant, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501 with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc, complete. as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.CSR 2023-24 VOL III P.NO.149,I.NO:16.28

TMC06 - Removal of Unserviceable Soil with Disposal up to a suitable distance as directed by the Engineer in charge of work

TMC07 - Earth work excavation by manual means for drains, canals, waste weir, draft,approach channels, key trenches, foundation of Buildings & bridges and such simillar works in all kinds of soils, as per drawing and technical specifications,including setting out, shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, excavated surface leveled and sides neatly dressed disposing off the excavated stuff or sorting & stacking theselected stuff for reuse in a radius of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m including cost of labour, tools & other appurtenaces required to complete the work.

TMC08 - Removal of Unserviceable Soil with Disposal upto a suitable distance as directed by the Engineer incharge of work

TMC09 - Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machineries, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical ecifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement & formwork shall be paid separately) Mix 1:3:6 (M10) Using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates

TMC10 - Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete for all Sub structures of building, Irrigation works, Sub structure works of bridges, Drain works & other parallel works from 0.50m to 3.50 m height. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, providing weep holes wherever necesary, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement & formwork to be paid separately) M20 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates (P.No. 16, It.No. 2.4.2 of CSR 2023-24 Volume III)

TMC11 - As per recommendations of Technical working group, rates for formwork shall be added on percentage basis to the finished concrete item rate. For drain form works consider 35% (as per specification.

TMC12 - Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550/550D Steel Reinforcement including cost of all materials,machinery,labour,cleaning,straightening,cutting,bending,hooking,laping/welding joints, tying with binding wire/soft annealed steel wire and other ancilary operations complete as per drawing and technical specification All other type of structures

TMC13 - Pre-Cast Cover Slab Providing and laying 100mm thick pre-cast cover slabs over drains & Rain pit of width not exceeding 800 mm using M20 concrete reinforced with Micro Alloyed High carbon steel with 3mm - 3ply wired steel @ 2.00 kg/m2, slabs jointed in CM 1:3 proportion and nicely finished Including providing holes in the Cover slabs wherever necessary for easy drainage of surface water including of labour, materials, scaffolding, usage of machinery, curing, lead and lift charges etc, Complete

TMC14 - Earth work excavation for pipeline trenches in all kinds of soils by mechanical means as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, construction of shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, bracing, using sight rails & bonding rods at every 100 mm wherever necessary as directed, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and levelling the bottom of trench to the extent required , utilising the available excavated earth locally for the work etc., and all other appurtenances complete in the following strata.All kinds of soils. Depth upto 1.50 m

TMC15 - Removal of Unserviceable Soil with Disposal up to a suitable distance as directed by the Engineer in charge of work

TMC16 - Supplying PVC ringtite pipes conforming to IS 4985:2000 with latest amendments and conveying to worksite, rolling and lowering into trenches, laying true to line and level and perfect linking at joints, testing and commissioning, including loading unloading at both destinations and cuts of pipes wherever necessary including jointing of PVC pipes and specials (excluding cost of specials) with jointing of approved type, with all labour with all lead & lift including encasing the pipe alround to a depth of not less than 15 cms. with soft gravel or selected earth available from the excavation etc. complete and giving necessary hydraulic test to the required pressure as per ISS (Contractor will make his own arrangements for procuring water for testing) etc. for: PVC pipes 75mm dia., 6 kg/sqcm & class 3

TMC17 - Refilling available earth around trenches/pipelines, cables in layers not exceeding 20 cms in depth, compacting each deposited layer by ram ming after watering with a lead upto 50 m , and lift upto 1.5 m. Including cost of all labour complete as per specifications.

TMC18 - Earth work excavation for Foundation by mechanical means for all works & depth upto 3 m, as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, including dressing of excavated surfaces, disposing off or levelling the excavated earth or sorting & stacking the selected earth for reuse in a radius of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m including cost of labour, tools, usage of machinery & other appurtenaces required to complete the work.In all kinds of soils Depth upto 3 m

TMC19 - Supplying, lowering, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of Glazed Stone Ware Pipes of following dia, conforming to IS 651:1992, IS 4127 with latest amendments, including conveying to work site, caulking with hemp dipped in tar and jointing with CM 1:1.5 using OPC, perfect linking and curing for 10 days and testing with water etc. with all lead, lifts and as per Technical Specifications. The cost to include the cost of all jointing materials, necessary survey works for laying of sewer lines etc. complete. The contractor will make own arrangements for procuring water for testing.

TMC20 - Providing and constructing “WIRE CUT BRICK MACHINEHOLE CHAMBERS” using Portland/Pozzolana cement, conical in shape at top, with CC 1:3:6 foundation using 40mm and down size graded metal of approved quality and with an offset of 0.15M alround the chamber. Construct Brick masonry in CM 1:4, 340 mm thick, with wirecut bricks of approved quality, plaster inside and out side with CM 1:3, 12mm thick, except for the conical surface outside where the plaster thickness shall be 20mm. Slope inside to be 1:6 in the concrete towards central drain and finished smooth. Fixing of pipes in CC 1:2:4 with graded metal of 20mm and down size. Supplying and fixing SFRC Machinehole frame and cover (Heavy Duty) conforming to IS:12592 with latest amendment, in CC 1:2:4. Supplying and fixing footsteps made of 12mm dia. steel bars (Fe-500) with 3mm thick plastic encapsulation (IS-10910). The footsteps shall be fixed 30cms apart and on CC block embeded to masonry wall.The whole works include watering, curing, barricading, danger lighting, pouring tar over MH frame and cover, cost of tar, shoring, strutting, dewatering, engraving Machinehole number with flow direction on the inner conical surface etc. as per the drawing etc. as per technical specifications and for the following diameters and depth etc.Constructing Brick Masonry Circular Machinehole 1.2 m internal dia, 1.7M depth & SFRC cover & frame

TMC21 - Supplying, lowering, laying, fixing, testing and commissioning of SW JUNCTION PIPES, conforming to IS: 651:1992 with latest amendments, of sizes, including conveying to work site and caulking with hemp dipped in tar cement and jointing with CM 1:1.5 with sulphate resistant cement conforming to IS - 12330 with latest revisions and amendments, perfect linking, curing and testing with water, with all lead and lifts, including cost of jointing materials etc. complete for : (Contractor will make own arrangements for procuring water for testing).SW junction pipes of 150 mm x 100mm dia.

TMC22 - Refilling available earth around trenches/pipelines, cables in layers not exceeding 20 cms in depth, compacting each deposited layer by ram ming after watering with a lead upto 50 m , and lift upto 1.5 m. Including cost of all labour complete as per specifications.
