0001 - Receiving Conveyor (Feeder) : Providing, supplying and erection of feeder conveyor of size length 8mtr and width of the belt 1500/900 mm made up of Nylon of thickness 8mm with supporting channels of MC 100mm with suitable rollers and idlers along with 3Hp geared motor (cromption or equivalent ) for solid waste work . Rate should coat including all materials and fixtures, GST, Electrical cable all lead and lifts and erect the whole as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

0002 - Trommel : Providing, supplying and erection of duel trommel of capacity 1 t/h and outer drum of 1.6 m dia. and length 6m with 4mm dia size perforated 5mm thick M S Sheet and inner drum of 1.4m dia and length 6.2m with 35mm dia perforated MS sheet of thickness 8mm for sieving particales below 35mm and compost through below 4mm motor of capacity 5Hp 3 phase 1440 RPM helical drive geared is used and motion transfer through suitable chain and sprocket at a speed of 25-30 rpm and discharge design screw type. The whole machine supportedby a structure made by using MC 125 Channels and suitable MS angles and side cover MS sheet of 2mm used to avoid dust and for safety Trommel painted with one coat primer and 2 coats of epoxy rate should quote including all materials and fixtures, GST, Electrical cable all lead and lifts and erect the whole as per the direction of the site Engineer in charge

0003 - Reject Conveyor : Providing, supplying and erection of reject conveyor of size length 10m and width of the belt 1500/900 mm made of Nylon of thickness 8mm with supporting channels of MC 100mm with suitable rollers and idlers along with 3Hp geared motor (cromption or equivalent ) for solid waste work . painted with one coat primer and 2 coats of epoxy rate should quote including all materials and fixtures, GST, Electrical cable all lead and lifts and erect the whole as per the direction of the site Engineer in charge
