dma05 - Providing Size Stone masonry with hard stone in foundation & plinth with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

dma06 - Providing Flush/ Ruled pointing: Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) after raking joints to depth nicely lin ing, including cost of materials, labour, curing as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

dma07 - Providing and laying in Cement Concrete for all Basement & surface level works, return walls, retaining walls, sunken floors etc. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, providing weep holes wherever necessary, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications.M20 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

dma08 - Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550 / 550D Steel Reinforcement including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, laping/welding joints, tying with binding wire / soft annealed steel wire and other ancilary operations complete as per drawing and technical specification,All other type of structures and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

dma09 - Providing and fixing Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

dma10 - Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer in-charge. (Made of G.I. wire of dia 4mm)

dma11 - Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made precast M -30 grade Cement Concrete Paver Block as per IRC SP 63:2018 & IS 15658 for Cycle Tracks & Pedestrian Footpaths of approved shape and colour, laid in required pattern and including over 30mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge. (WMM/WBM Base to be paid separately if necessary as per relevant technical specification)

dma12 - Supplying and fixing M15 grade precast cement concrete Kerb stones for Roadway, Sidewalls and gutters fixed with CM 1:3 fixed and finsihed in line as per direction of Engineer in charge. (The cost of PCC shall be paid extra)

dma13 - Providing and laying 100mm thick pre-cast cover slabs over Road side drains / utility ducts / Rain water harvesting pit of width not exceeding 1000 mm using M20 concrete reinforced with TMT bars Fe 550 @ 6kg/ m2, slabs jointed in CM 1:3 proportion and nicely finished Including providing holes in the Cover slabs wherever necessary for easy drainage of surface water including of labour, materials, scaffolding, usage of machinery, curing, lead and lift charges etc, Complete. and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

dma14 - Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations and other similar works etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

dma15 - Clay Supply and laying of bentonite/compacted clay having permeability less than 1 x 10-7 cm/sec on dumping ground in 20cm thick layer with approved material, laying in layer breaking clods and mixing of water and dressing to the required lines curves, grade and section, watering and compacting to 100% standard proctor density with roller etc and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

dma16 - Providing & laying Geo synthetic clay (GCL) liner in exacavated trench and on Bund (6mm) and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

dma17 - Providing & laying 1500 Microns thick 6 m wide HDPE Geo membrane, over the Geo synthetic clay liner (GCL) having Thickness 1.5mm, Density .94g/cmTensile Strength at yield 23 Nmm/ width and at break 42 Nmm/ width, Elongation at Yield 13%, Elongation at Break 700%, Tear Resistance 175 N, Puncture Resistance 490 N, Carbon Black Content 2.5 and Carbon Black dispersion at Satisfactory level and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

dma18 - Providing and constructing vertical /inclined graded filter media using clean, hard graded sand and coarse aggregates from approved source satisfying specified filter criteria in layers of specified thickness including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, laying to required slopes, compacting and all other ancillary operations complete as per specifications and approved drawings. - 40 mm down graded coarse aggregate layer and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

dma19 - Providing and constructing vertical /inclined graded filter media using clean, hard graded sand and coarse aggregates from approved source satisfying specified filter criteria in layers of specified thickness including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, laying to required slopes, compacting and all other ancillary operations complete as per specifications and approved drawings. - 20 mm down graded coarse aggregate layer and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

dma20 - Providing and constructing vertical /inclined graded filter media using clean, hard graded sand and coarse aggregates from approved source satisfying specified filter criteria in layers of specified thickness including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, laying to required lopes, compacting and all other ancillary operations complete as per specifications and approved drawings. - 10 mm down graded coarse aggregate layer and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

dma21 - Supplying and laying at site Factory made perforated hard HDPE subsoil drainage pipes pre-wrapped with 150 gsm Geotextile for subsoil drainage system including all necessary coupling/ fittings for joints & back filling with aggregates. The pipe shall be manufactured from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE). It shall be extruded into an open lattice wall structure, with 60 of the circumference consisting of open area and a 30 solid area along the invert. The product should satisfy the following parameters as below 1. Ring Stiffness as per ISO 9969: 2016 should be 0.8 kN/m2. 2. Resistance to Acid with 3 HCl for 24 hrs without mass loss, change in colour, softening, cracking or spalling. 3. Resistance to Alkali with 3 KOH for 24 hrs without without mass loss, change in colour, softening, cracking or spalling. Excavated material to be utlised in roadway at site 200 mm Dia and as per directions of the Engineer in Charge.

dma22 - Geotextile made up of 100% virgin Poly propylene staple Fibres with needle punching process, having Mass per unit area 400g/sqm (GSM) as per EN 1509864, CBR Puncture Strength of 4000 N as per EN ISO12236, wide width tensile mass per unit area 26.5/32KN/m as per EN IS010319, wide width elongation break strength (MD/CD) 50/50% as per EN ISO 10319, dynamic performance resistance cone drop10mm as per EN 15013433, permittivity/ flow rate 2010-3m/sasper EN ISO 11058 and apparent opening size (A05) 0.075 mm as per EN 150 12956, UV Resistance @ 500 Hours 70% as per relevant ENISO standards complete at site. Test of Non-woven Geotextile NG2 shall be done as per specification of EN ISO standards from independent approved lab and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

dma23 - Construction of Embankment by excavating the available approved Gravel/ Murrum deposited at a place or borrow pits during or prior excavation with all lifts and lead, transportation to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet the requirement complete as per specifications, including cost of labour,rolling,water,all materials,usage& all other appurtenaces required to complete the work - - Extra Lead for 15 kms - 1.4 - Case-1 - (B) - Taking output 18 t load = Rs 8 per t.km. So, Rate for lead 15 km = Rate per t.km x Lead = 8 x 15 = Rs. 120 /-. Total Item Rate including lead for 15 km = Basic rate + ( Rate of Lead for 15 km in t.km / Desity of soil ) = 474 + (120 / 1.5) = 554 and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

dma24 - Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. External work - 20 mm nominal dia Pipes for Rising and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

dma25 - Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. External work - 32 mm nominal dia Pipes for Distrubution Line and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

dma26 - Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. dma27 - Providing 15mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) to brick/stone masonary including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

dma28 - Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :New work (Two coat applied @ 1.67L/10 m² over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 m²) with paint of approved quality to give an even shade, after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surfaceeven and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

dma29 - Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including preparing the surface after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and foreign matter, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

dma30 - Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two coats on new work after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge
