Code04 - Servicing and repair work for reviving the 3 numbers micro fibre filter (i.e. MF-1,2&3) of 12 MLD capacity water treatment plant at Anekoppa New town,Bhadravathi city; the work includes all allied works for repairing and total servicing the existing micro 3 number micro fibre (i.e. MF-1,2 & 3) unit and allied components and making it for 100% working condition along with all allied accessories like backwash pumps, Piping, valves, control panel, PLC panel allied wiring etc., complete including all the coat of materials labour, HOM of equipment and machineries complete. Including 2 year of defect liability period. Code05 - Carrying out operation and maintenance of whole 12 MLD capacity microfiber filter plant along with allied chlorination unit by carrying the total repair works of electromechanical components pertaining to 12 numbers Security filters & chemical and consumables for Security filters, microfiber filters & Chlorination unit, housekeeping materials, of CMC Bhadravathi, including 1 time monthly visits of Engineer from the agency side, to ensure correctness of plant. Carrying the daily water test with available apparatus (chemicals & consumable should be procured by the agency for water testing) and quarterly water testing from pollution control board/ engineering collages, submitting monthly water test report to board and CMC bhadravathi. Carrying preventive maintenance and break down maintenance of plant if any, Maintaining cleanliness & housekeeping etc.,Calibrating of existing lab equipment if any and set up a new Laboratory equipments like Turbity,PH Test, conductivity Testing units and rapid water testing kit and Repair & servicing Gravity feed Chlorination Unit and Alum/PAC powder mixing motors., complete as per the direction of engineer in charge of works.
