004 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for all Sub structures of building, Irrigation works, Sub structure works of bridges, Drain works & other parallel works from 0.50m to 3.50 m height. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, providing weep holes wherever necessary, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications (PWD SR 2023-24 Vol I I.No. 2.4.2 P.No.16)M20 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. 005 - Form work, centering, scaffolding recommendations of technical working group, rates for formwork shall be added on percentage basis in the finished concrete item rate.for foundation, substrcture of cross drainage, road consider 35% addendum-1 pg no 111 ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

006 - Earth work in surface excavation by mechanical means for lowering & leveling the ground for all works other than foundation in all kinds of soils & upto depth not exceeding 300mm as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter including dressing of excavated surfaces, disposing off or levelling the excavated earth or sorting & stacking the selected earth for reuse in a radius of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m including cost of labour, tools, usage of machinery & other appurtenances required to complete the work.In all kinds of soils upto 300 mm depth Vol-1 (P No 8 I no 1.12) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

007 - Providing PVC ringtite pipes conforming to IS 4985:2000 with latest amendments and conveying to worksite, rolling and lowering into trenches, laying true to line and level and perfect linking at joints, testing and commissioning, including loading unloading at both destinations and cuts of pipes wherever necessary including jointing of PVC pipes and specials (excluding cost of specials) with jointing of approved type, with all labour with all lead & lift including encasing the pipe alround to a depth of not less than 15 cms. with soft gravel or selected earth available from the excavation etc. complete and giving necessary hydraulic test to the required pressure as per ISS (Contractor will make his own arrangements for procuring water for testing) etc. complete for PVC pipes 75mm dia., 6 kg/sqcm & class3 Vol-5 I no 10.1.5 P No 113 ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

008 - Construction of Embankment by excavating the available approved Gravel/Murrum deposited at a place or borrow pits during or prior excavation with all lifts and lead, transportation to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet the requirement complete as per specifications, including cost of labour,rolling,water,all materials,usage& all other appurtenaces required to complete the work. Vol1(P NO-7 SL.NO.1.8 ) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

009 - Plant Mix Method:-Construction of Granular Sub-Base of required grading as per design mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 For Grading -V Material (Vol-03 SR-23-2024 I.No. 4.1 A (v)P.No. 26) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

010 - Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made precast M -30 grade Cement Concrete Paver Block as per IRC SP 63:2018 & IS 15658 for Commercial Traffic Axle load repetitions upto 10MSA & for Residential Streets of approved shape and colour, laid in required pattern and including over 40mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (WMM/WBM Base to be paid separately as per relevant technical specification))Vol-3 P NO 64 sl NO 6.8.2 ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

011 - Removal of Unserviceable Soil with Disposal upto a suitable distance as directed by the Engineer incharge of work Vol-3 I no 3.1 P No 17 ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

012 - Repairs to Machinehole for different depths including removal of debris, levelling the brick masonry, construction of brick masonry upto Ground level, providing CC coping alround the MH cover, plastering both inside and outside to the brick masonry and fixing of manhole frame and cover, curing, refilling with appurtenances complete(Vol-05 SR-23-2024 I.No. 16.28.1 P.No. 198) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

013 - Providing and fixing RCC name board of size 1.35x0.60x0.04 m fixed in reinforced cement concrete poles of size 0.10x0.10x2.60m in cement concrete M 20 proportion using 20mm and down size graded metal machine mixed with 10mm dia main steel bars and 8mm dia stirpes as shown in drawing. The board shall be provided with 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on both the sides. The poles shall be embedded in the ground for a depth of 0.5 m with cement concrete M 10 proportion. The board shall be fixed as per the drawing and at the place indicated by the Engineer in charge of the work. The cost includes excavation, cost of all materials, cost of steel, painting, centering, transportation charges & fixing charges. Vol-3 P NO 151 SL NO 4 ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.
