All the individual lead shall be terminated on the earth strip by strip by suitable terminator. 5) The unit shall be fabricated using 16 SWG sheet steel and mounted on a pedestal fabricated using 50 x 50 x 6 mm size angle iron. 6) The internal wiring of the panel board wiring shall be done using 1.1KV grade copper conductor PVC insulated cable conforming to the IS 694. 7) The panel shall be painted with two coats of anticorrosive primer and one coat of weather proof synthetic enamel ash grey shade paint. 8) The capacity of motor control switch shall be as under a) Minimum 16 amps capacity for pumpsets upto 5 HP b) Minimum 25 amps capacity for pumpsets upto 12.5 HP c) Minimum 50 amps capacity for pumpsets upto 20 HP d) Minimum 63 amps capacity for pumpsets upto 30 HP A) Panel board for submersible pumpsets Upto 6.5 HP with DOL for outdoor a) Upto 6 HP pumps (CSR 2023-24 Vol-5, P-155, I-13.24.2)

Vol-5, I-13.32 - Labour charges for Erection, Electrification and commissioning of Pump sets, including aligning and balancing of all items including supply and erection of two pair of supporting clamps, bore well caps, cable clips and water tight gland cable protectors, bolts, nuts, valve and gauges,tools and equipments etc., involved in the job as per specifications, with necessary tests as per specifications, with testing of as per instructions of engineer incharge of work (CSR 2023-24 Vol-5, P-155, I-13.32)

Vol-5, P-157, I-13.39 - Earthing: Providing and fixing and wiring earth electrode for grounding circuits IC cutouts and other equipments on the meter board in the pit. The pits should be filled up with equal proportion of salt and charcoal 150mm around the pipe to complete depth. The connection from the pipe to the conduits etc. is to established through GI wire of sizes as per clause 7.3.3 of IS 732 using 12mm bolts, nuts, washers and check nuts, the pipe shall have 16 through holes of 12mm dia.
