16.28.1 - Repairs to Machinehole for different depths including removal of debris, levelling the brick masonry, construction of brick masonry upto Ground level, providing CC coping alround the MH cover, plastering both inside and outside to the brick masonry and fixing of manhole frame and cover, curing, refilling with appurtenances complete. Upto 0.30m depth(P No 193 I NO 16.28.1) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

16.28 - Providing and constructing un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a preparedsub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383:2016:, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including construction joints, primer, sealant, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501 with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.(pg no 149 I no 16.28) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

3.11 - Removal of Unserviceable Soil with Disposal upto a suitable distance as directed by the Engineer incharge of work (roads and bridges) ( p.n15., I.NO.3.11) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

10.2.2 - Providing UNPLASTICISED PVC pipes conforming to IS 16098:2013 with latest amendments ended with integral sockets with ISI mark and conveying to worksite, rolling and lowering into trenches, laying true to line and level and perfect linking at joints, testing and commissioning, including loading and unloading at both destinations and cuts of pipes wherever necessary including jointing of UPVC pipes (with cost of elastomeric sealing rings) and specials (excluding cost of specials) with jointing of approved type, with all labour, lead & lifts, including encasing the pipes alround to a depth of not less than 15 cms. with soft gravel or selected earth available from the excavation etc. complete and giving necessary hydraulic test to the required pressure as per ISS (contractor will make his own arrangements for procuring water for testing) etc. complete for: Pipes of SN4, 110mm dia. (Vol-5 SR-2023-24 P No.144 I NO 10.2.2) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

8.55 - Providing and fixing RCC name board of size 1.35x0.60x0.04,0.10x0.10x2.60m in cement concrete M 20 proportion using20mm and down size graded metal machine mixed with10mm dia main steel bars and 8mm dia stirpes as shown indrawing. The board shall be provided with 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on both the sides. The poles shallbe embedded in the ground for a depth of 0.5 m with cementconcrete M 10 proportion. The board shall be fixed as per thedrawing and at the place indicated by the Engineer in chargeof the work. The cost includes excavation, cost of all materials,cost of steel, painting, centering, transportation charges &fixing charges.804roads and bridges(pg no 78 I no 8.55) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.
