1.8 - Construction of Embankment by excavating the available approved Gravel/ Murrum deposited at a place or borrow pits during or prior excavation with all lifts and lead, transportation to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet the requirement complete as per specifications, including cost of labour,rolling,water,all materials,usage& all other appurtenaces required to complete the work.(Vol-01 SR-23-2024 I.N. 1.8 P.No.7) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

4.17 - Wet Mix Macadam (Plant Mix Method) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver/grader in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.(Vol-03 SR-23-2024 I.No. 4.17 P.No. 26) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

6.2.1 - Construction of M40 Grade un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base in recommended proportions, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383:2016, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design transported to site, laid with a slip form paver finisher, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures, curing compound, steel channels, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing. OPC @ 420 kg/m3(PWD SR 2023-24 Vol III I.No. 6.2.1 P.No. 49) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

2.4.2 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications.Mix 1:4:8 Using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates (Vol-01 SR-2023-24 P No 15, I NO 2.4.2) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

2.4.2 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for all Sub structures of building, Irrigation works, Sub structure works of bridges, Drain works & other parallel works from 0.50m to 3.50 m height. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, providing weep holes wherever necessary, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications.M20 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates (Vol-01 SR-2023-24 P No 16 I NO 2.4.2) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

2.11H - Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550 / 550D Steel Reinforcement including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, laping/welding joints, tying with binding wire / soft annealed steel wire and other ancilary operations complete as per drawing and technical specification. All other type of structures (Vol-01 SR-2023-24 P No 16 I NO 2.11H) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

16.3.2 - Providing S&S RCC SPUN / VIBRATED CAST PIPES (REINFORCED) pipes NP-3 Class conforming to IS:458-1988 with latest amentments using ordinary portland cement, for sanitary works and conveying to work site, rolling and lowering into trenches, laying true to line and level including loading and unloading at both destinations and jointing of pipes and specials, perfect linking of joints with jack to correct position including cost of jointing materials, i.e, rubber rings conforming to IS: 5382 for S&S RCC pipes, with all leads and lifts as directed and giving necessary hydraulic test as per ISS to the required pressure and commissioning etc. complete. (Contractor will make his own arrangements for procuring water for testing). Before the execution of the work, the contractor shall carry out the survey.RCC NP3 Class pipe of 300 mm dia.(Vol-05 SR-2023-24 P No 188, I NO 16.3.2) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

18.3 - Providing & fixing 455x610 mm cast iron cover with frame weight to be not less 38kgs (weight of cover 23 kgs and weight of frame 15 kgs)and necessary locking arrangements with M.S flats 32x6 mm etc & painting with two or more coats with black Japan paint etc. complete as directed by the engineer-in-charge.(Vol-05 SR-2023-24 P No 221, I NO 18.3) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

6.8.2 - Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made precast M -30 grade Cement Concrete Paver Block as per IRC SP 63:2018 & IS 15658 for Commercial Traffic Axle load repetitions upto 10MSA & for Residential Streets of approved shape and colour, laid in required pattern and including over 40mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (WMM/WBM Base to be paid separately as per relevant technical specification)(PWD SR 2023-24 Vol III I.No. 6.8.2 P.No. 51) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

8.15 - Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 g/m2 area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35:2015.The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.(PWD SR 2023-24 Vol III I.No. 8.15 P.No. 67) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

16.28.1 - Repairs to Machinehole for different depths including removal of debris, levelling the brick masonry, construction of brick masonry upto Ground level, providing CC coping alround the MH cover, plastering both inside and outside to the brick masonry and fixing of manhole frame and cover, curing, refilling with appurtenances complete.Upto 0.30m depth. (PWD SR 2023-24 WS & UGD SR I.No. 16.28.1 P.No. 198) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

3.1 - Removal of Unserviceable Soil with Disposal upto a suitable distance as directed by the Engineer incharge of work. (PWD SR 2023-24 Vol III I.No. 3.1 P.No. 17) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

13.33 - Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Concealed work, including cutting chases and making good the walls etc. 15 mm nominal dia Pipes (PWD SR 2023-24 Vol II I.No. 13.33.1 P.No. 122) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

13.33.4 - Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Concealed work, including cutting chases and making good the walls etc. 32 mm nominal dia Pipes (PWD SR 2023-24 Vol II I.No. 13.33.4 P.No. 122) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

10.17 - Providing PVC ringtite pipes conforming to IS 4985:2000 with latest amendments and conveying to worksite, rolling and lowering into trenches, laying true to line and level and perfect linking at joints, testing and commissioning, including loading unloading at both destinations and cuts of pipes wherever necessary including jointing of PVC pipes and specials (excluding cost of specials) with jointing of approved type, with all labour with all lead & lift including encasing the pipe alround to a depth of not less than 15 cms. with soft gravel or selected earth available from the excavation etc. complete and giving necessary hydraulic test to the required pressure as per ISS (Contractor will make his own arrangements for procuring water for testing) etc. complete For:PVC pipes 110mm dia., 6 kg/sqcm & class 3(PWD SR 2023-24 Vol V I.No. 10.1.7 P.No. 113) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

804 - Providing and fixing board displaying information, such as 'Name of work, Tender cost, Name of Contractor, Work completion and liability period etc', having rectangular shape of 1.20m x 0.90m size made out 18 gauge (1.25mm) thick mild steel sheet painted with one coat of Zinc chromate stoving primer and two coats of enamel paint on front side and grey stove enamel on back side and border / messages / symbols etc. with approed colour shade paint complete, on M.S.angleof size 35 x 35 x 3 mm frame with properly cross braced M.S. angles of size 35mmx35mmx3mm duly painted including Two M.S. angle iron posts of size 65 mm x 65 mm x 6 mm, 3.65 m long painted with alternate black and white bands of 25 cm width including all fixtures etc.and fixing the boards in 1:4:8 concrete block of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 75 cm including, excavation, refilling, transportation, and labour etc complete. Spec.No. As directed by Engineer in Charge & MoRTH specification 804 Common SR v3 (SL.NO.4 MoRTH 804 PG NO-151) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.
