UPTO 3500 HP.(WATER SUPPLY AND UGD WORKS COMMON SCHEDULE OF RATES 2021-22 P.No. 93, S.No. 15.2, )discharge=2250m3/hr,head95m,moc of impellar=cf8m,(with adqueate rating of motor atleast 10% higer hp than pump)

Code02 - Dismantling the pump set by disconnecting the electric cable connection and decoupling the motor and pump set and removing the nut, bolts from the foundation, lifting the motor and pump by using crane and keeping them aside. Dismantling the base plate from the CC foundation. Dismantling the CC foundation up to the bottom level by using chipping and chiseling using air compressor for 15 days. Drilling 20mm dia holes and providing 16mm dia rods to the CC foundation with Hilty RE 500 solution for quick setting and bending the protruding rod in ‘L’ shape. Providing steel reinforcement with 12 mm dia steel rods binding with 10 mm steel binding rods and 16 mm dia rod for binding the ‘L’ rods with the reinforcement box. Providing suitable size 1 m length foundation bolts of 25mm dia in suitable place and welding to the steel reinforcement mat. Providing and fixing centering to CC foundation block as per the required size. Providing M30 concrete to the foundation block up to the required level. Setting the foundation base plate to the perfect place suitable for fixing the pump set and providing protection from dust to other pump and motor running nearby.(rates approved by DC(d))

Code03 - HIGH VOLTAGE SOFT STARTERS:- Supply and delivery at site brand new fully automatic push button operated 3phase soft starter suitable for800kW, 3.3 KV 3 Ph. 50 Hz supply and suitable for connection to phase segregated neutral terminal box on neutral side of HT motor Soft starter panel should also include. The reactors provided shall be for 3 phases. 1 No. 400 A TP Vacuum contactors of any Board approved make.3 Nos. of Resin cast type twin secondary current transformers conforming to IS 2705, ratio 200/1A, with suitable burden for metering suitable to withstand short time rating of 13.1 KA for 3 seconds.Digital type ammeter of any Board approved make to read phase currents. NOTE: 1. The Soft starter shall be rated equivalent to the motor rated power and shall be capable of operating satisfactorily with the motor under the various loading and starting conditions of the motor over the entire range of operation. 2. The Soft starter shall reduce, the starting current of the motor atleast to 80% of the directed line starting current of the motor. The soft starter shall have facility to further reduce the current upto 50% of the direct on line starting current if the motor and the pump torque speed curved permit. 3. The soft starter shall work on the principle of unsaturated core in the working zone and shall not lead to generation of Harmonics. 4. Soft starter shall be so rated as to allow two consecutive starts from cold or one hot start per hour. 5. Soft starter shall be designed for supply voltage of + OR - 10% and Frequency Variation of + OR - 3%. 6. The winding of the soft starter shall be with insulation class 'F' & maximum temp of winding shall be limited to that of Class 'B'. 7. The soft starter shall be housed in a sheet steel enclosure of thickness not less than 14 guage and painted with corrosion resistive paint such as epoxy or Polyurethene. The degree of protection shall be IP 41. 8. The starter shall not contain any active electronic components. 9. the starter shall have a built in facility for run bypass so that the incoming voltage to the motor is equal to the supply voltage. 10. The the unit should be Air cooled. 11. The soft starter shall be dust and vermine proof and suitable for indoor mounting.(rates approved by DC(d))
