1aa - Decorative Median light poles: Fabricating, supplying and erection of 12 Mtrs long hot dip Galvanized Conical pole with BSEN 10025 grade S 355 JO steel plate for shaft, IS 2062 for base plate with door opening arrangements, including suitable boards, bakelite sheet and MCBs as per IS specifications suitable to withstand the wind speed of 47 m/sec for .Mtrs pole in double/single section and single joint welded as per IS 9595/IS 10178 AWS having two nos of 11-12 mtr length pole with dimensions bottom 190mm, top 60 mm with 3mm thick. The pole should be painted ashtetically using good quality Dupont paint. The centre pole having dimension of 140 mm dia 3.00 mtr length 2.4mm thick with perforation for the length of 1000mm inserted with colour changing LED tube inside. Should be painted with good quality Dupont paint and stainless steel ball should be placed on top. Suitable base plate and 6 Nos of m-24 long J bolts along with template and the pole shall be hot dip galvanized in single dipping with not less than 65 micron as per ASTM-A 123 and 153 etc., The pole height may be varied at bridge section. The pole should be as shown in attached picture.
