A04 - Providing and Installtion by Skilled technicians and supervised by site engineers including transportation of L-Angular Clamps/ Pipe holding clamps with U-bolts & nuts.The clamping sets are Grit Blastied , Spray Galvanized with Zinc Metal Coating . Zinc Metal Coating is spray galvanzing ( Thermal Spray Coating of Zinc -TSZ) involves deposition of molten Zinc(Purity 99.5%) on to a prepared surface . The Metal Being Sprayed is Melted in an electric Arc automized by Compressed air and then projected on to the substrate has been prepared by Grit Blasting . As per IS & BS standards . A05 - Providing and Fixing by Skilled technicians and supervised by site engineers including transportation of Rainy Dula intensity RWH Autoflush out ,open ended at the drain side with working principle of cohesion and centrifugal force with functional operation by gravity head of less than 2 feet having the capicty of discharging 5 LPM to 480 LPM with load bearing capacity of with a variable intesnity of Rainfall ranges from 5mm to 75mm per hour suitable from the range of 50 to 500 SQMTRS and also suitable for all kind of roofs.The filteration mesh seize should be 250 microns.The entire filter assembly should be eco-freindly and food graded and recyclable(MR) [SE approved rate vide SCC/SE/V-2/CR/323/2020-21 Dated : 03-10-2020]

A09 - Providing and erecting "V" wire screen for injection well. Diameter 163mm, material of screen SS 304, pattern on screen wound on pipe consisting of continious trapezodial wire spirally wound around fabricated cage,shot size - 0.75mm, coating of screen anti oxidant powder coated. Tensil strength of pipe - 6 tons, collapse strength of pipe upto 9.6 Kg/cm2 slot openiing size and % of open area - 27% effective strength of screen - 500mm and overall length 750mm. A11 - Filteration media for ring well : Providing and laying 40mm crushed stone aggregates 20mm crushed stone aggregates 15kg activated carbon, 50kg charcoal, gravel sand all put together in 125mm dia by 0.45 mtr height complete all necessary works including lead and lift charges [SE approved rate vide SCC/SE/V-2/CR/323/2020-21 Dated : 03-10-2020]

A12 - Earth work excavation for pipeline trenches in all kinds of soils by mechanical means as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, construction of shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, bracing, using sight rails & bonding rods at every 100 mm wherever necessary as directed, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and levelling the bottom of trench to the extent required , utilising the available excavated earth locally for the work etc., and all other appurtenances complete in the following strata.[PWD SR V-1 P.No. 10, I.No. 1.17.1]

A13 - Earth work excavation by manual means for drains,canals, waste weir draft, approach channels, key trench, foundation of Bridges and such similar works, as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, excavated surface leveled and sides neatly dressed disposing off or leveling the excavated stuff or sorting & stacking the selected stuff for reuse in a radius of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m including cost of labour, tools, usage & other appurtenances required to complete the work (PWD SR V-1 P.No. 6 I.No. 1.5.1)

A15 - Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machineries, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement shall be paid separately)including formworkMix 1:4:8 Using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates ( 2023-24 PWD Common SR V-1, P.No 15, I.No.2.1.2)

A16 - Providing and laying in Reinforced cement concrete for all Basement & surface level works, return walls, retaining walls, sunken floors etc. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasti- cisers, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using needle vibrators, providing weep holes wherever necesary, in- cluding all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement & formwork to be paid separately)M20 Design Mix Using 20 mm and down size graded crushed coarse aggregates (2023-24 PWD Common SR V -1, P.No 15, I.No.2.3.1)

A17 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for all Sub structures of building, Irrigation works, Sub structure works of bridges, Drain works &other parallel works from 0.50m to 3.50 m height. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, providing weep holes wherever necessary, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, confirming to the requirementsof relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all otherappurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications (2023-24 PWD Common SR V -1, P.No 16, I.No2.4.2)

A18 - Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550 / 550D Steel Reinforcement including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, laping/welding joints, tying with binding wire / soft annealed steel wire and other ancilary operations complete as per drawing and technical specification.( 2023-24 PWD Common SR V-1, P.No 18, I.No.2.11h)

A19 - Providing and fixing MS inspection door of size 60 cms x 60 cms, including MS frame made of 50x50x6mm angle, shutters made of 3mm thick MS sheets, with hinges, locking arrangements at top etc. including painting with anticorrosive approved paint etc. complete including all lead and lifts etc ( 2023-24 PWD Common SR V-5, P.No 85, I.No.7.3)
