code01 - Rewinding of 120HP submersible motor: Removing power supply cable connections to the motor by removing motor terminal box meggering for testing of motor condition and then dismantling the motor at the well bed dissembling the motor removing the end connection of the starter winding taking out the wedges and coils, manufacturing of new coils by using new copper with F class insulation(timber glass covered enamel wire as per original specifications) HT insulation material like mica thermal mica flax hyperthermia terline tape rolls removing the old insulation of the removed coils as per the original specification. Re-winding the motor providing of new epoxy wedges to the slots providing new end connections and brazing by using silver brazing rods pre-heating for 12 hours in over impregnation and varnishing by using suitable vanish baking and Ovening of the winding. Assembling and testing erection and commissioning of the motor at the wet well at Tumkur(Rate Quoted after deducting the salvage value of released copper and other materials and released materials may not be returned to store) as directed by Engineer in charge of work.

code02 - Providing and fixing new bearing No. 7220 B to driving end of 120HP Non clog submersible pump set with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer in charge of work.

code03 - Providing and fixing new bearing No. 6316-2Z-C3 to non driving end of 120 HP Non clog submersible pump set with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer in charge of work.
