The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators providing weep holes wherever necessary including all lead and lifts cost of all materials of quality confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes labour Usage charges of machinery curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. M20 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates (Vol-01 SR-2023-24 P No 16 I NO 2.4.2) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

005 - Appendix 1-Additionalities for Formwork, centering and Scaffolding Cement Concrete (50 percentage) (Vol-01 SR-2023-24 P.No.111 Sl.No.02) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

006 - Providing Brick work with common burnt clay Non Modular bricks of class designation 3.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding and usage charges of machinery & other incidental charges complete as per the direction of engineer incharge of work. (Vol-02 SR-2023-24 P No.13 I No. 6.2) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

007 - Removing white wash or colour wash by steel brushing and / or scraping, sand papering and preparing wall surface smooth including repairs to scraches including cost of labour, material complete as per specifications. (SR 2023-24 Vol II I.No. 20.50 P.No. 203) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

008 - Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :New work (two coats) over and in cluding water thinnable priming coat with cement primer after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. (SR 2023-24 Vol II I.No. 8.25 P.No.45) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

009 - Providing and fixing Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Vol-02 SR-2023-24 P No 84 I NO 11.25.2) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

010 - Removing the old paint from steel and / or other metal surface with paint remover of approved brand / manufacturer cleaning and making surface even including cost of material, labour, complete as per specifications.(SR 2023-24 Vol II I.No. 20.61 P.No. 203) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

011 - Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :Two coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.(SR 2023-24 Vol II I.No. 8.41 P.No. 48) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

012 - Removal of Unserviceable Soil with Disposal upto a suitable distance as directed by the Engineer incharge of work.(Vol-03 SR-2023-24 P No 17 I No.3.1) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

013 - Providing and fixing RCC name board of size 1.35x0.60x0.04 m fixed in reinforced cement concrete poles of size 0.10x0.10x2.60m in cement concrete M 20 proportion using 20mm and down size graded metal machine mixed with 10mm dia main steel bars and 8mm dia stirpes as shown in drawing. The board shall be provided with 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on both the sides. The poles shall be embedded in the ground for a depth of 0.5 m with cement concrete M 10 proportion. The board shall be fixed as per the drawing and at the place indicated by the Engineer in charge of the work. The cost includes excavation, cost of all materials, cost of steel, painting, centering, transportation charges & fixing charges. (Vol-03 SR-2023-24 I.NO.8.55 Pg NO-79) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.
