5.4 - Providing Size Stone masonry with hard stone in foundation & plinth with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) (Volume-1, Pg. No. 9, It. No.5.4 of PWD SR 2023-24

2.1.6 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. Mix 1:2:4 Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates (Volume-1, Pg. No. 15, It. No.2.1.6 of PWD SR 2023-24

2.4.2 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for all Sub structures of building, Irrigation works, Sub structure works of bridges, Drain works & other parallel works from 0.50m to 3.50 m height. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, providing weep holes wherever necessary, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other ppurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications M20 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates (Volume-1, Pg. No. 16, It. No.2.4.2 of PWD SR 2023-24

2.11(a) - Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550 / 550D Steel Reinforcement including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, laping/welding joints, tying with binding wire / soft annealed steel wire and other ancilary operations complete as per drawing and technical specification. (Volume-1, Pg. No. 18, It. No. 2.11(a) of PWD SR 2023-24

6.32 - Providing and constructing load bearing wall with Solid Concrete blocks of size 400x200x200mm having block density more than 1800kg/m3 and minimum compressive strength of 4.00 N/mm2 conforming to IS 2185 (Part - I) - 2005 and constructed with CM 1:4 as per IS 2572:2005 including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding and curing, usage charges of machinery etc complete as per specifications (Volume-2, Pg. No. 16, It. No. 6.32 of PWD SR 2023-24)

8.6.2 - Providing 20 mm cement plaster with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement to brick/ stone masonry including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. . (Volume-2, Pg. No. 42, It. No. 8.6.2of PWD SR 2023-24

15.13 - STP (inside) waterproofing with Anticorrosive protective Coating Providing and Applying two component coal tar epoxy based coating on inside surface of Sewage Effluent treatment tank 0.30 kg/m2 in 2 coats to achieve a DFT of 200 microns when fully cured. Ensure that this coating is applied over the protective plaster and that Item No. 4 is completed across the entire surface prior to applying the protective plaster. The Waterproofing material shall have Scratch resistance, for 7kg load as per ASTM : D 7027 - 05, Chemical resistance, immersion in dilute acid alkali salt solutions 7 days confirms to ASTM : C 868, Salt Spray resistance confirms to ASTM : B 117. The finished cost to include surface preparation completely as per specification. (Volume-2, Pg. No. 152, It. No.15.13 of PWD SR 2023-24)

7.1.1 - Providing & fixing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete as per design drawings (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required as per the direction of Engineer in charge. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 g/ m² (Volume-2, Pg. 11.16.2 - Providing and fixing Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished seamless type tubes including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Volume-2, Pg. 11.34A - Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. Fixed to steel windows by welding. (Volume-2, Pg. No.86, It. No.11.34A of PWD SR 2023-24)

8.14 - Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :Two coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. 8.51 - Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge. 8.33.1 - Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications: Two coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 m² over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 m² with paint of approved quality to give an even shade, after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. 16.9 - Constructing brick masonry chamber of internal dimension 600x600mm and depth of 600mm (inner dimensions) with modular bricks of CD 75 in cement mortar 1:6, bed concrete 150mm thick with 1:3:6, plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:4, CC 1:2:4 coping 75mm thk for fixing CI cover & frame etc. excluding the cost of CI frame and cover. 17.5 - Providing and fixing factory made precast RCC perforated drain covers, having concrete of strength not less than M-25, of size 1000 x 450x50 mm, reinforced wit 8 mm dia four nos longitudinal & 9 nos cross sectional T.M.T. hoop bars, including providing 50 mm dia perforations @ 100 to 125 mm c/c, including providing edge binding with M.S. flats of size 50 mm x 1.6 mm complete, all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
