TPM04 - Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to RCC structures like floor and walls of reservoirs, sewe, effluent and water treatment plants, over head tanks, etc. prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5:2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry 2 parts water) for horizontal and vertical surfaces and applying the same from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fibre brush. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI - 212-3R-2010 ie. by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 Bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self healing of cracks upto a width of 0.50 mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per pecification and the direction of the Engineer in charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage. For horizontal and vertical surfaces in two coats @ 0.70 kg per sqm per coat (PWD SR for WS&SW for the year 2023-24. I. TPM05 - Earth work excavation for pipeline trenches in all kinds of soils by mechanical means as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out,construction of shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, bracing, using sight rails & bonding rods at every 100 mm wherever necessary as directed, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and levelling the bottom of trench to the extent required , utilising the available excavated earth locally for the work etc., and all other appurtenances complete in the following strata. TPM06 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. TPM07 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for all Sub structures of building, Irrigation works, Sub structure works of bridges, Drain works & other parallel works from 0.50m to 3.50 m height. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, providing weep holes wherever necessary, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other urtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. TPM08 - Providing and fixing Structural Steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in- Charge.
