KSRRB M800-13.Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectrising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface:- Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads at 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes complete as per specifications. KSRRB M800 Road markers I Road stud KSRRB MS00-35. Supply and lnstalltion of Moulded Shank Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate and ABS(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No RW/ NH/33023/10-97- DO Ill Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 mm, 1DO mm and 102 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 mm and height not less than 30 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kg. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. KSRRB M300-19. Removal of unserviceable soil including excavation, loading and disposal but excluding replacement by suitable soil which shall be paid separately as per clause 300.5 complete as per specifications. Providing and fixing RCC name board of size 1.35xk0.60x0.04 mtrs fixed in reinforced cement concrete poles of size 0.1OxO.1Ox2.60mtrs in cement concrete M 20 proportion using 20mm and down size graded metal machine mixed with 1Omm dia main steel bars and 8mm dia stirups. The board shall be provided with 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1 :3 on both the sides. The poles shall be embedded in the ground for a depth of0.5 mtrs with cement concrete M 10 proportion. KSRRB M600-1. Construction of dry lean cement concrete mix CC1:5:10 with OPC 25mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregate at 0.86cum and fine aggregates @ 0.58cum over a prepared sub-base coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383-2016,aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1. Aggregate gradation after blending to be as per Table 600-1, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver , compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing complete as per specifications. . MORTH Specification No. 601 (P No 174 I No 22.1.1). ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement using Grade concrete M30 over a prepared base with OPC course aggregate at 0.69 cum ,fine aggregtes at 0.46, with superplastisiser @3lts confirming to IS9103-2016 mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.6 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher as per approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing)and Spreading the concrete with shovels, rackers compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrator and finished with floaters in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints including groove cutting charges, joint filler, separation membrane of impermiable plastic sheet of 125 micron, selant primer, joint sealant, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades,textured with texturing machineand curing including cost of all materials ,labour,hire charges of machineries all lead and lift charges etc as complete as per specifications. - M30 (at 360Kg per cum coarse aggregate @ 0.69cum and fine aggregate @ 0.46cum) (P No 176 I No 22.6.1) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. KSRB 6-2.3 : Providing and constructing burnt brick masonry with approved quality of non-modular bricks of standard size of class designation 50 (table moulded) with cement mortar 1:6 for basement and superstructure including cost of materials, labour charges, scaffolding, curing complete as per specifications. Specification No. KBS 6.2 (P.No. 27, I.No.6.6) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. KSRB 4-1.5 : Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete of mix M20 with OPC cement @ 300kgs, with 20mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @0.69cum and fine aggregtes @ 0.43cum, with superplastisiser @3lts confirming to IS9103-1999 Reaffirmed-2008, machine mixed, concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15 cms. thick, well compacted, in foundation, plinth and cills, including cost of all materials, labour, HOM of machinery, curing complete as per specifications. Specification No. KBS 4.1, 4.2 ( P No 14, I No 4.13) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.
