007 - Providing and laying 100mm thick side wall & bottom slab of 600mm width for drain with opening using M20 concrete reinforced with Micro Alloyed High carbon steel with 3mm - 3ply wired steel @ 150mm spacing jointed in CM 1:3 proportion and nicely finished Including providing holes in the walls wherever necessary including of labour, materials, scaffolding, usage of machinery, curing, lead and lift charges etc, Complete

008 - Providing and constructing load bearing wall with Solid Concrete blocks of size 400x200x200mm having block density more than 1800kg/m3 and minimum compressive strength of 4.00 N/mm2 conforming to IS 2185 (Part - I) - 2005 and constructed with CM 1:4 as per IS 2572:2005 including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding and curing, usage charges of machinery etc complete as per specifications

009 - Providing 20 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) tobrick/stone masonry including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

010 - Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :Newwork (Two coats applied @ 4.84 kg/10 m²) to give an even shade after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

011 - Providing UNPLASTICISED PVC pipes conforming to IS 16098:2013 with latest amendments ended with integral sockets with ISI mark and conveying to worksite, rolling and lowering into trenches, laying true to line and level and perfect linking at joints, testing and commissioning, including loading and unloading at both destinations and cuts of pipes wherever necessary including jointing of UPVC pipes (with cost of elastomeric sealing rings) and specials (excluding cost of specials) with jointing of approved type, with all labour, lead & lifts, including encasing the pipes alround to a depth of not less than 15 cms. with soft gravel or selected earth available from the excavation etc. complete and giving necessary hydraulic test to the required pressure as per ISS (contractor will make his own arrangements for procuring water for testing) etc. complete for: Pipes of SN4, 110mm dia.

012 - Providing and fixing of typical Maintenance information board as per specifications and drawing. ACP Sheet of 3 mm thick having minimum 0.25mm thick aluminum skin both sides and fixed over a back support of Ms plate of 5mm thick. Supported on frame post of 2 no's of MS Suare hallow section 75mmx75mmx6mm which is duly embedded in cement concrete M20 Grade of 600x600x750mm,600mm below ground level.All MS will be stove enameled on both the sides.All sections of framed posts,MS sheet and Stell tubes will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing etc..Retro-Reflective Sheet as per IRC 67 fixted over a Aluminum composite material(ACP) sheeting of size 900x1500mm of 3mm thick duly bolted/reveted with MS plate of 5mm thick on backside of ACP Sheet.Including cost and conveyance of all materials,equipment,machinery and labour with all leads and lifts,loading charges charges necessary for satisfactory completion of work as per directed by engineer incharge. (i) For warranty and durability the clause 1701.5 and for maintenance the clause 1911 shall be applicable.
