Providng and Laying Plain/reinforced Cement concrete for side drains using M20 Nominal mix concrete with OPC cement at 300kgs. with 20mm and down size grante metal course agregates at 0.69 cum and fine aggregates at 0.43 cum machine mixed, well compacted for walls and bottom including centring, shuttering, cost of materials, HOM of machinery, curing etc., complete excluding cost of steel as per MOTRH specifications 1500,1700,2200 wall and bottom thickness (DSR 2018-19, I.No.37.59.1, P.No.265)

Fabrication supplying and erecting M.S. tubular trusses of all spans as per approved drawing & design with prefabricated steel applications using quality material and are durable, reliable and corrosion and abrasion resistant. Welding shall confirm to latest structural welding code. Quality shall be on various parameters like shape, size, design gauge and polish. The entire trusses is anchored in RCC column by using 4 nos of M.S. anchor bolts at each support with 10mm thick base plate and shoe plate. The work includes cutting,traightening,placing in position of M.S. pipes and welding wherever necessary and applying one coat of redoxide primer coat to all the members including cost of all materials, labour charges, and hire charges of machineries for cutting, welding, grinding and erection equipments, with all lead and lift, transportation, letc., complete as per specification [P-43, I-7.29]

Providing Trapezoidal Profiled sheet providing and installing of pre painted Galvalume iron Trapezoidal Profiled sheet of approved make 1060mm width (1000mm cover width) 28-30m crest height with crest distance of 200mm c/c with 2 ribs at the centre for stiffening. The total coated thickness (TCT) of the sheet will be 0.47 mm +/- 0.02mm tolerance Zinc-Alu Alloy coating AZ 150 gsm as per ASTM 1397/A755-550 mpa steel grade, 5-7 micron epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyster top coat 20-22 microns using self drilling/self tapping screws of 25mm length, to be fixed over the existing purlins, rafters, channels and trusses.[P-299, I-38.30]

KSRB 2-2.1: Earthwork excavation for foundation of buildings, culverts, water supply, sanitary lines and electrical conduits either in pits or in trenches 1.5m and above in width, in ordinary soil not exceeding 1.5m. In depth including dressing the bottom and sides of pits and trenches, stacking the excavated soil clear from edges of excavation with lead upto 50m after breaking of clods specifications. Specification No. KBS 2.1(a)/2.3.5 (DSR 2018-19, I.No.2.3, P.No.6)

KSRB 13-6.3-6 : Providing and fixing in position brass gate valve with C.I wheel of approved quality (screwed end) 50mm nominal bore including cost of all materials, labour and HOM of equipments with all leads complete as per specifications. Specification No. KBS 13.2.6 / 13.3 (DSR 2016-17, I.No.13.36, P.No.92)

Supplying HDPE pipes conforming to IS 4984:1995 with latestamendments and conveying to work site including loading and unloading at both destination and rolling, lowering into trenches, laying true to line and jointing of pipes and specials by electrofusion welding, as per standerd procedure and guide lines including encasing the pipe around to a depth not less than 15cms with cleaned soft gravel or selected earth available from the excavation etc., complete giving hydraulic test as per relevant IS Specification with all lead and lift including , testing and commissioning. Refilling the basement and pipeline trenches with selected available earth from trench excavation including watering,Consolidation in layers of 15 cm thick including disposing of the surplus earth with all lead & lifts. (Compacting with vibro roller) Note: Add Rs. 203.00 / cum for earth obtained from borrow pits. (PRE SR 20119-20, P.No.6, I.No.1.6)

KSRB13-6.4-3 : Providing and fixing in position brass ball valve high or low pressure with plastic float of approved quality 25mm nominal bore including cost of all materials, labour and HOM of equipments with all leads complete as per specifications. Specification No.KBS (P.No. 94/I.No. 13..49 of CSR 2018-19)

KSRRB M400-7. Construction of granular sub-base by providing Coarse graded material, speading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications. For Grading III Material (DSR 2018-19, I.No.20.6.3, P.No.156)

Constructing un-reinforced ,cement concrete pavements using Grade concrete M30 over a prepared base with opc coarse agreegate at .69cum, fine aggregate at 0.46cum, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS :383-2016, and with Superplastisizer at 3 lts conforming toIS 9103-2008, mixed in a conrete mixer of not less than 0.6cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher as per aproved mix design , laid in aproved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing) & spreading the concrete with shovels, rackers compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrates and finished with floaters in a continues operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction longitudinal joints, including groove cutting charges, joint filler separation membrane of impermiable plastic sheet of 125 micron ,sealant primer, joint sealent, admixture as aproved, curing copound ,finishing to lines and grades texturel machine, curing including costof all materials labours hire charges ofmachineries all lead and lift charges complete as per specifications. etc with OPC at 4236g/cun and coars aggregates 0.649um .fine aggregates 0.46cum .(DSR 2018-19, I.No.22.6.1 P.No.176)

Providing and fixing RCC name board of size 1.35xk0.60x0.04 mtrs fixed in reinforced cement concrete poles of size 0.10x0.10x2.60mtrs in cement concrete M 20 proportion using 20mm and down size graded metal machine mixed with 10mm dia main steel bars and 8mm dia stirpes as shown in drawing. The board shall be provided with 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on both the sides. The poles shall be embedded in the ground for a depth of 0.5 mtrs with cement concrete M 10 proportion. The board shall be fixed as per the drawing and at the place indicated by the Engineering charge of the work. The cost includes excavation, cost of all materials, cost of steel, centering, transportation charges, fixing charges etc., The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. Providing and fixing M.S. Gate as per Chief Architect Drawing, using 50mm x 50mm 14 guage M.S. hollow pipe frame work bent to ornamental shape as shown in the drawing and 35mm x 6mm and 16 x 16mm Square rods for verticals alternatively spaced at 4cms c/c in two halves and 40mmx6mm M.S. flats for horizontal member and at the top cast iron spikes are provided at alternate vertical members asshown in the drawing etc., complete. All the steel surface should be thoroughly cleaned free of rust and painted with anti corrosive paint (shop paint) etc., complete. The work includes cost of all materials, labour charges for all items of work, hire charges for welding, cutting and grinding equipment, and electricity charges, with lead and lift, loading and unloading charges, etc., complete as per specifiocation.(DSR 2018-19, I.No.7.37, P.No.271)
