The granite/ trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators. The cost includes all lead & lifts, cost of all materials, quality confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes , labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement, dowel bars & formwork to be paid separately) ( Page no 17 . item no 2.5.2, common SR 2023-24 VOLUME-1 )

code13 - Providing and laying of Geosynthetic clay liner (GCL) consisting of a layer of sodium bentonite between two geo textiles, which is needle punched membrane liner. The GCL should have a grab strength of 530N when tested as per ASTM D4632 and 53N/cm when tested as per ASTM D 6768, peel strength of 65N, when tested as per ASTM D 4632 and 4.4 N/cm when tested as per ASTM D 6796, mass per area not less than 3.6 kg/sq.m, when tested as per ASTM D 5995. The GCL need to be laid in position as per the guidelines in prevailing ASTM/ IS Codes. Rates shall include cost of GCL, freight, duties, inclusive of taxes, etc., complete as per the dirctions of Engineer incharge. - MCC Approved Rate

code14 - Providing, Supplying and Laying membrane (Liner) of minimum of 1.5mm thick H.D.P.E membrane. A certificate to the thickness shall be provided. The lowest individual thickness shall not be less than 90% of the specified thickness. The minimum sheet density should be 0.94 g/cc measured as per ASTM DJ055. Yield tensile strength shall be greater than 115 N/cm, break elongation greater than 250% as per IS 1969(1985). The carbon black content should be between 2-3% with depression cat 1 or 2 as per ASTM D 5596. The cost of the liner including material cost, labour for laying, cutting, welding of joints, transportation, inclusive of all taxes etc, complete as per the directions of Engineer incharge. code15 - Providing and laying Needle punched and mechanically bonded Non-woven Geotextile indigenously manufactured from high quality synthetic fibres on the prpared subgrade for seperator cum filtration cum drainage application with necessary overlaps as per drawing.
