10.3.9 - Providing UPVC FOAM CORE pipes conforming to IS 16098 P-1 2013 with latest amendments ended with integral sockets with ISI mark and conveying to worksite, rolling and lowering into trenches, laying true to line and level and perfect linking at joints, testing and commissioning, including loading and unloading at both destinations and cuts of pipes wherever necessary including jointing of UPVC pipes (with cost of elastomeric sealing rings) and specials (excluding cost of specials) with jointing of approved type, with all labour, lead & lifts, including encasing the pipes alround to a depth of not less than 15 cms. with soft gravel or selected earth available from the excavation etc. complete and giving necessary hydraulic test to the required pressure as per ISS (contractor will make his own arrangements for procuring water for testing) etc. complete. for: Pipes of SN8 Self Fit - 250mm dia.

16.1 - Constructing brick masonry chamber of internal dimension 450x450mm and depth of 600mm (inner dimensions) with modular bricks of CD 75 in cement mortar 1:6, bed concrete 150mm thick with 1:3:6, plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:4, CC 1:2:4 coping 75mm thk for fixing CI cover & frame etc. excluding the cost of CI frame and cover..

11.25.2 - Providing and fixing Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in- Charge.

9.16.6 - Providing and installation of Class SN8 Double Wall Corrugated HDPE pipe outer wall corrugated and inner wall smooth piping system in accordance with IS 16098 part 2 and conveying to work site and lowering into trenches, laying true to line and level and perfect linking at joints with the help of two O rings and a coupler of suitable size, including loading and unloading at both destination and cutting of pipes where ever necessary including jointing with all labour, all lead and lift including encasing the pipe around to a depth of not less than 15 cm with screened soft soil available from the excavated soil. The testing commissioning including necessary hydraulic test to the required pressure as per ISS shall be done the contractor shall have to make his own arrangement for procuring water for testing etc. complete. 4.17 - Wet Mix Macadam (Plant Mix Method) - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver/grader in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory rollerto achieve the desireddensity. 16.28 - Providing and constructing un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383:2016:, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including construction joints, primer, sealant, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501 with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
