ITEM04 - Providing Coursed rubble masonry (second sort) with hard stone in foundation & plinth with Cement mortar 1:6 (Item no:5.3, page no:9, PWD com SR vol II 2023-24)

ITEM05 - Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2. (Item no:3.6 ,page no:15 , PWD com SR vol III 2023-24)

ITEM06 - Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete for all aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticizers laid in finished layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials, quality confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes , labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement & formwork to be paid separately) M20 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates (Item no:2.2.1., page no:15, PWD com SR vol I 2023-24))

ITEM07 - Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete for all Super structures of building , Road works, Water works, Irrigation works & super structure works of bridges upto 3.50 m height. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators. The cost includes all lead & lifts, cost of all materials, quality confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes , labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement, dowel bars & formwork to be paid separately) M20 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates (Item no:2.5.1, page no:16, PWD com SR vol I 2023-24)

ITEM08 - Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550 / 550D Steel Reinforcement including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, laping/welding joints, tying with binding wire / soft annealed steel wire and other ancilary operations complete as per drawing and technical specification.(Item no 2.11a ,page no18,PWD SR Vol-I)

ITEM09 - Providing and fixing Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Electric resistance or induction butt welded tubes including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.(Item no:11.16.3 ,page no:83, PWD SR vol2 2022-23)

ITEM10 - Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per m2 as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 m or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required..(Item no:7.38 ,page no:26, PWD SR vol2 2023-24)

ITEM11 - Providing and constructing load bearing wall with Solid Concrete blocks of size 400x150x200mm having block density more than 1800kg/m3 and minimum compressive strength of 4.00 N/mm2 conforming to IS 2185 (Part - I) - 2005 and constructed with CM 1:4 as per IS 2572:2005 including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding and curing, usage charges of machinery etc complete as per specifications. (Item no:6.33, page no:17 PWD SR vol 2 2023-24)

ITEM12 - Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20x10x2 mm and braced with flat iron diagonals 20x5 mm size, with top and bottom rail of T-iron 40x40x6 mm, with 40 mm dia steel pulleys, complete with bolts, nuts, locking arrangement, stoppers, handles, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer including cost of materials ,labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.(Item no:11.3, page no:77, PWD SR vol 2 2022-23)

ITEM13 - Providing 12 mm cement plaster with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Item no:8.1.2 ,page no:41, PWD SR vol2 2023-24)

ITEM14 - KSRB 13-11.1 : Providing and placing on terrace, polyethylene water storage tanks with manhole lid and suitable locking arrangements, making holes of suitable diameter for inlet, outlet and over flow pipes, including cost of all materials, labour, transport charges, HOM of equipments and testing complete as per specifications.(For 1000 litre capacity) Specification No.KBS 13.22 (Item no:13.78, page no:96, PWD SR 2018-19)

ITEM15 - Providing and fixing Clorinated Polyvinyl Chloride(CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1:00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Chargew. Internal work-Exposed on wall- 40mm nominal dia pipes. (Item no:13.31.3 page no:96, PWD SR 2021-22)

ITEM16 - Providing and fixing Clorinated Polyvinyl Chloride(CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1:00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Chargew. ITEM17 - Providing and fixing and commencing 5.0 HP 3Phase Induction Motor(Crompton Greaves Make) with 5HP high quality HTP Spray(Cast Iron Head) with two spray nozzels Pumps.(Pressure 10-40 kg/sqcm, Suction Volume 30-40 Litre/minute)
