006 - Design, fabrication and supply of floor mounting type electric heating furnace Control Panel operating on 415V, 3 Phase, 50Hz supply, with required nos of MCCB, suitable duty Contactors, PID or better control strategy, Voltmeter, Ammeter, Multifunction Meter, Timer, MCBs, suitable Relays. Protection against overload, short circuit, under/over voltage, phase failure, earth fault, blind temperature controller, electrical interlock to prevent charging door being opened unless the temperature in chamber is below set level. The panel board is made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet, fully weather proof with provision for better heat dissipation, hinged front door, tamper proof locking arrangements, with necessary cable entry pipe with gland and panel should be finished with powder coat paint and finished with approved color and with all connected accessories and earthing arrangements as per IS standards. The panel is also fitted with digital temperature controller using Type K thermocouples in twin chambers, Pressure guage to monitor chamber pressure etc capable of total control of the cremator to complete the cremation of human body.

007 - Supply, laying and termination of Control and Power Cables of all sizes and capacities as required. Control wiring of min. 1.5 sq.mm. multistrand copper are to be used along with power cabling single/multi core LT cable XLPE/PVC insulated, armoured/unarmoured cables as per standard industrial practice

008 - Fabrication and supply of Vertical Venturi type Wet Scrubber unit with water inlet/outlet connections from furnace duct to chimney, water tank, water pipelines of required size, flanges, nuts, bolts etc., mounted on MS angle/channel supports. The entire scrubbing unit frames and pipes and flanges are made out of SAE 304 grade SS material only with min. 2.5mm thickness. 500mm dia pipe for venturi system 500mm dia pipe for chimney connecting pipe 250mm dia pipe for blower unit

009 - Supply of 2HP or suitable powered Water Pumpset for wet scrubber unit water circulation system capable of operating on 3 phase, 415V supply with necessary pipelines and required inlet/outlet

010 - Supply of 1HP or suitable powered Fresh Air Blower for blowing air inside furnace controlled by butterfly valves of required size with necessary pipes and allied accessories made out of MS sheet and pipes

011 - Supply of Induced Draft Fan (Exhaust Fan) with 7.5HP or suitable powered Motor operating on 3 phase, 415V supply mounted on rigid MS frames coupled through belt drive complete with all flanges, valves and connecting accessories. Velocity of exhaust air 1 m/s, Fume discharge 1500 cum/hr. Fan, body and shaft made out of SAE 304 grade SS

013 - Design and supply of MS fabricated Self Supporting Chimney 100 ft. height with base plate 1000x1000x25 mm, 10mm vertical ribs, having 600mm dia at bottom and 350mm dia at top of chimney, using 8mm sheet (6 mtrs), 6mm sheet (6 mtrs), 5mm sheet (12 mtrs), 4mm sheet (6 mtrs) from botton to top sections and 12 nos of 40x1500 mm foundation bots and nuts. Chminey top cover is a fabricated cone type 800mm dia. 3mm thick, 110 nos of 16x75mm jointing bolts, ladder fabricated by 25x25x6mm angle and 25mm dia pipe, with inspection opening door 400x400mm square with covering plate, chimney platform made out of 150mm dia. 3mm thick chequered plate with angles, bolts and nuts etc. Providing copper lightning arrester, aviation lamp, earthing arrangements as per standard practice etc. complete
