16.1.4 - Supplying, lowering, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of Glazed Stone Ware Pipes of following dia, conforming to IS 651:1992, IS 4127 with latest amendments, including conveying to work site, caulking with hemp dipped in tar and jointing with CM 1:1.5 using OPC, perfect linking and curing for 10 days and testing with water etc. with all lead, lifts and as per Technical Specifications. The cost to include the cost of all jointing materials, necessary survey works for laying of sewer lines etc. complete. 1.10 - Refilling available earth around trenches/pipelines, cables in layers not exceeding 20 cms in depth, compacting each deposited layer by ramming after watering with a lead upto 50 m , and lift upto 1.5 m. Including cost of all labour complete as per specifications (PWD SR 2023-24, V-1, Page no-7, Item no-1.10)

16.15.3 - Providing and constructing “WIRE CUT BRICK MACHINEHOLE CHAMBERS” using Portland/Pozzolana cement, conical in shape at top, with CC 1:3:6 foundation using 40mm and down size graded metal of approved quality and with an offset of 0.15M alround the chamber. Construct Brick masonry in CM 1:4, 340 mm thick, with wirecut bricks of approved quality, plaster inside and out side with CM 1:3, 12mm thick, except for the conical surface outside where the plaster thickness shall be 20mm. Slope inside to be 1:6 in the concrete towards central drain and finished smooth. Fixing of pipes in CC 1:2:4 with graded metal of 20mm and down size. Supplying and fixing SFRC Machinehole frame and cover (Heavy Duty) conforming to IS:12592 with latest amendment, in CC 1:2:4. Supplying and fixing footsteps made of 12mm dia. steel bars (Fe-500) with 3mm thick plastic encapsulation (IS-10910). The footsteps shall be fixed 30cms apart and on CC block embeded to masonry wall. The whole works include watering, curing, barricading, danger lighting, pouring tar over MH frame and cover, cost of tar, shoring, strutting, dewatering, engraving Machinehole number with flow direction on the inner conical surface etc. as per the drawing etc. as per technical specifications and for the following diameters and depth etc. for 1.2mm diaCirc. 4.17 - Wet Mix Macadam (Plant mix method) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver/grader in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller toachieve the desired density. (PWD SR 2023-24, V-3, Page no-26, Item no 4.17)

5.1 - Prime Coat over WMM/WBM : Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade Bitumen Emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/m2 using mechanical means. (PWD SR 2023-24, V-3, Page no-31, Item no 5.1/502A(i))

5.6 - Bituminous Macadam Grading - I for traffic 20 MSA Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam with 120 TPH capacity hot mix plant batch type using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 3.3% by weight of mix, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with mechanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction (PWD SR 2023-24, V-3, Page no-31, Item no 5.6/504 (i)A)

5.3 - Tack coat on Bituminous surface Providing and applying tack coat with RS1 Bituminous Emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg/m2 on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom (PWD SR 2023-24, V-3, Page no-31, Item no 5.3/503(i))

5.31 - Providing and laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with 40/60 TPH capacity hot mix plant batch type using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5% by weight of mix and filler, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with mechanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per MoRTH V revision. (PWD SR 2023-24, V-3, Page no-43, Item no.5.31)

10.17 - Removing & Resetting existing Heavy Duty Cobble/Interlocking stones/Pavers of thickness 60/75/80/100mm using Cement and 40mm thick sand bed ( average thickness ) and compacting with plate vibrator to achieve final desired compaction & setting of paver to its final level , including cost of materials, labour and usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications. (The cost of new paver/stones required shall be added separately) (PWD SR 2023-24, V-3, Page no-95, Item no 10.17)

9.4 - Providing and laying Cement concrete pavement with 1:2:4 for commercial & residential building floors, hardpaths, footpaths using 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size, including finishing complete as per Engineer incharge. (PWD SR 2023-24, V-2, Page no-59, Item no 9.4)

10.17 - Removing and resetting of precast kerb stones fixed with CM 1:3 fixed and finished in line as per direction of Engineer in charge. (The cost of PCC shall be paid extra)(PWD SR 2023-24, V-3, Page no-95, Item no 10.17)
