The weight of MS shell only by considered before lining and coating for arriving at the rate. The thickness of plate will be specified by the engineer. code08 - Providing, fabricaing and fixing at site various diameters of MS Flanges as per IS standards to fix sluice valves as per sketch. The rate to include cost of all materials, labour, consumables, hire charges for tools and tackles, weldiing equipments etc. complete as per instructions of the Engineer in charge for: Flanges of 600mm dia and 25mm thick.

code09 - Providing, fabricaing and fixing at site various diameters of MS Flanges as per IS standards to fix sluice valves as per sketch. The rate to include cost of all materials, labour, consumables, hire charges for tools and tackles, weldiing equipments etc. complete as per instructions of the Engineer in charge for: Flanges of 250mm dia and 20mm thick.

code13 - Manufacturing and supply of Gunmetal spindle and checknut for following dia sluice valves including cost of materials labour, transportation, Taxes and duties. The spindle and checknut to be supplied shall be suitable for existing sluice valves fixed in the pipeline. The pitch and thickness of the screw of spindle shall be suitable for the existing gate and body of the valve. The materials supplied shall be guaranteed for one year from the date of supply. Also removal of worn out valve spindle at spot from the valves using crane/Tripod and fixing of prepared new spindle checknut with new bolts and nuts, packing with transportation from work spot to site and back etc; complete. -Do- Spindle and checknut suitable for 500mm dia Sluice valve of PN 1.00/PN1.60

code14 - Reconditioning of existing shutter/ wedge and body of different valve in use by required tools and equipment including metalling and inner threading with suitable pitch and thickness, grinding and smoothening of the surface etc.. replacing the rubber covering with EPDM gasket, reconditioning of wedge lining and reflexing in place to the existing valves and ensure smooth operation. The charges include loading, unloading, lead, lift, transportation, HOM, labour, material etc complete. -Do- Spindle suitable for 500mm dia Sluice valves of PN 1.00/PN1.60
