NO7 - Providing and constructing un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M20 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383:2016, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in pproved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and platevibrators and finished in continuous operation including construction joints, , primer, sealant , curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501 with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work. NO8 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. Mix 1:4:8 Using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates(P.No:15, I.No:2.1.2 of KPWD Common S.R Vol-l)

NO9 - Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550 / 550D Steel Reinforcement including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, laping/welding joints, tying with binding wire / soft annealed steel wire and other ancilary operations complete as per drawing and technical specification. (P.No:18, I.No:2.11a , of KPWD Common S.R Vol-I)

NO10 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for all Sub structures of building, Irrigation works, Sub structure works of bridges, Drain works & other parallel works from 0.50m to 3.50 m height. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, providing weep holes wherever necessary, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. NO11 - Providing and laying 100mm thick pre-cast cover slabs over Road side drains / utility ducts / Rain water harvesting pit of width not exceeding 1000 mm using M20 concrete reinforced with TMT bars Fe 550 @ 6kg/ m2, slabs jointed in CM 1:3 proportion and nicely finished Including providing holes in the Cover slabs wherever necessary for easy drainage of surface water including of labour, materials, scaffolding, usage of machinery, curing, lead and lift charges etc, Complete. NO12 - Construction of Embankment by excavating the available approved Gravel/Murrum deposited at a place or borrow pits during or prior excavation with all lifts and lead, transportation to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet the requirement complete as per specifications, including cost of labour,rolling,water,all materials,usage& all other appurtenaces required to complete the work (P.No:7, I.No:1.8 of KPWD Common S.R Vol-l)

NO13 - Providing 50 mm Dia HDPE Sleeve pipe with allied accessories at ferrule point of HSC to assist in regulating flow with allen key with appurtenances., complete.(P.No 109, I.No.9.22 C S.R2023-24,VOL5)

NO14 - Providing and fixing Unplasticised Polyvinyl Chloride (uPVC) pipes, for cold water supply including all uPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step uPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. NO15 - Providing PVC ringtite pipes conforming to IS 4985:2000 with latest amendments and conveying to worksite, rolling and lowering into trenches, laying true to line and level and perfect linking at joints, testing and commissioning, including loading unloading at both destinations and cuts of pipes wherever necessary including jointing of PVC pipes and specials (excluding cost of specials) with jointing of approved type, with all labour with all lead & lift including encasing the pipe alround to a depth of not less than 15 cms. with soft gravel or selected earth available from the excavation etc. complete and giving necessary hydraulic test to the required pressure as per ISS (Contractor will make his own arrangements for procuring water for testing) etc. complete For PVC pipes 110mm dia., 6 kg/sqcm & class 3 (P.No 113 I.No.10.1.7 C S.R2023-24,VOL-5)

NO16 - Providing & fixing electro fusion saddle comply with BS EN12201 -3:2011, PN-12.5 rating and food grade raw material as per BS 6920 with material of construction PE 80 or PE 100 and colour of fitting - Blue/Black for water applications, EF tapping saddle is V-Regarding type. Designedto fuse at a fusion voltage of 40 volt AC. EF tapping saddle shall have moulded SS/Brass metal female threaded outlet. EF tapping saddle is fused by using a top loading piller type pressure exerting 1500N (150 kg apprx.) top load on EF saddle. NO18 - Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made precast M -30 grade Cement Concrete Paver Block as per IRC SP 63:2018 & IS 15658 for Cycle Tracks & Pedestrian Footpaths of approved shape and colour, laid in required pattern and including over 30mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge. (WMM/WBM Base to be paid separately if necessary as per relevant technical specification (P.No:51, I.No.6.8.1of KPWD S.R Vol-3)

NO19 - Supplying and fixing M15 grade precast cement concrete Kerb stones for Roadway, Sidewalls and gutters fixed with CM 1:3fixed and finsihed in line as per direction of Engineer in charge.(The cost of PCC shall be paid extra)
