DMASKP04 - Compacting Original Ground Compacting original ground supporting embankment Loosening, leveling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Table 300-2 for embankment construction. DMASKP05 - Granular Sub-Base Construction of Granular Sub-Base of required grading as per design mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 For Grading -IMaterial (2023-24 SR V-3 It no:4.1 P.no 23)

DMASKP06 - Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machineries, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement & formwork shall be paid separately) Mix 1:3:6 (M10) Using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates (2021-22 SR V-1 It no:2.1.3 P.no 15)

DMASKP07 - Providing Size Stone masonry with hard stone in foundation & plinth with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) Vol- 2 (KPWD SR 2023-24/P.No.9/5.4)

DMASKP08 - Providing Brick work with common burnt clay Non Modular bricks of class designation 3.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding and usage charges of machinery & other incidental charges complete as per the direction of engineer incharge of work. Vol- 2 (KPWD SR 2023-24/P.No.13/6.1)

DMASKP09 - Providing 12 mm cement plaster with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) to brick masonry including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Vol- 2 (KPWD SR 2023-24/P.No.41/8.1.1)

DMASKP10 - Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete for all Foundation works. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticizers laid in finished layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials, quality confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes , labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement & formwork to be paid separately) M20 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates (2023-24 PWS SR V-1 It no:2.2.1 P.no 15)

DMASKP11 - Steel Fabrication Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550 / 550D Steel Reinforcement including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, laping/welding joints, tying with binding wire / soft annealed steel wire and other ancilary operations complete as per drawing and technical specification All other type of structures ( PWD SR 2023-24 Vol:1 P.NO.18 I.No: 2.11.H)

DMASKP12 - Plain Cement Pavement Quality M30 grade Concrete (RMC) with OPC & GGBS laid without Paver Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement using RMC M-30 grade with OPC @ 270 kg/m3 and GGBS@ 90 kg/m3 (75:25 proportion) as per approved mix design procedure and thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base. The superplastisiser confirming to IS 9103-1999 Reaffirmed-2008 Coarse aggregates and Fine aggregate confirming to IS:383-2016, transported to site, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work). Spreading the concrete with shovels, rackers and compacted using needle, suitable plate vibrator and finished in a continuous operation including provision of separation membrane and Hessian cloth finishing to lines and grades complete including cost of all materials, labour, all lead & lift, loading charges as per specification direction of Engineer - incharge of the work. (Groove cutting shall be paid seperately) (2023-24 SR V-3 It no:6.6 P.no 51)

DMASKP13 - Crack Groove Cutting: Groove shall be cut using hand held electrically operated concrete cutting machine of size of 50 mm wide and 75 mm deep on each side of the crack to form as "V" groove all along the crack to fill the polyester resin/ Epoxy putty (horizontal and vertical cracks). After the groove cutting, the concrete shall be removed from the groove using the pneumatic concrete chipping machine to form "V" groove. The item includes the cost of hire charges for all machineries, tools and barges and all labour charges etc., complete. (2023-24 SR V-3 It no:10 P.no:161)
