Construction of granular sub-base Grading-V as sub-base and drainage layer by providing coarse graded graded crushed stone aggregates of granite / trap / basalt material, mixing in a mechaical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the 98% proctor density, complete as per specifications.Clause 401 of MORTH V Revision (P.NO 153 I.NO 20.5)

KSRRB M400- Wet Mix Macadam KSRRB M400-17. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting crushed stone aggregates of granite / trap / basalt to wet mix macadam specifications including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed method of tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per specifications. Constructing un-reinforced ,cement concrete pavements using Grade concrete M30 over a prepared base with opc coarse agreegate at .69cum, fine aggregate at 0.46cum, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS :383-2016, and with Superplastisizer at 3 lts conforming toIS 9103-2008, mixed in a conrete mixer of not less than 0.6cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher as per aproved mix design , laid in aproved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing) & spreading the concrete with shovels, rackers compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrates and finished with floaters in a continues operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction longitudinal joints, including groove cutting charges, joint filler separation membrane of impermiable plastic sheet of 125 micron ,sealant primer, joint sealent, admixture as aproved, curing copound ,finishing to lines and grades texturel machine, curing including costof all materials labours hire charges ofmachineries all lead and lift charges complete as per specifications. etc with OPC at 4236g/cun and coars aggregates 0.649um .fine aggregates 0.46cum .(DSR 2018-19, I.No.22.6.1 P.No.176)

KSRRB M800-29.2. Cable Duct Across the road KSRRB M800-29.1. Providing and laying of a reinforced cement concrete pipe duct, 300 mm dia, across the road (new construction), extending from drain to drain in cuts and toe of slope to toe of slope in fills, constructing head walls at both ends, providing a minimum fill of granular material over top and sides of RCC pipe as per IRC:98-1997, bedded on a 0.3 m thick layer of granular material free of rock pieces, outer to outer distance of pipe at least half dia of pipe subject to minimum450 mm in case of double and triple row ducts, joints to be made leak proof, invert level of duct to be above higher than ground level to prevent entry of water and dirt, all as per IRC: 98 - 1997 and approved drawings complete as per specifications. KSRRB 300 - Excavation for road, drains and similar works KSRRB 300-1. Earthwork excavation by manual means in ordinary soil involving an average horizontal throw upto 2 meters and an average lift upto 0.5 m, excavated surface leveled and sides neatly dressed, the disposed earth to be leveled neatly after breaking of clods complete as per specifications.
