item0009 - Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal and vertical tubes joint with cup and lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at requried location with essential safty features for the workmen etc., complete as per direction and approval of engineer- in- charge.(As per PWD SR 2023-24 vol 2, pg no. 213,It no. 21.2)

item0010 - Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :Two coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.(As per PWD SR 2023-24 vol 2, pg no. 48,It no. 8.41)

item0011 - Providing and fixing self-supported, ribbed, high quality, high grade (D:350 MPA Yst Min ), pre- painted Galvalume steel roof sheet, coated with bare Galvalume coating AZ 150, at 150 gms/Smtr 55Percent AL,45Percent Zn) by hot dip process , of total coated thickness as specified for different spans with a tolerance of plus or minus 0.02 mm, according to technical specification confirming to A 792, with NCCA ll-1, or ECCA T4 Pencil hardness HB, NCCA standard T- Bend test. The roof should be fastened to the gutter beam, on the external sloping side, at an interval of 51mm Centre to Centre, to a depth of 65 mm with GI anchor bolts and neoprene washers and subjecting the gutter beam to Schmidt, Hammer test to ensure the anchorage of the anchor bolts. The self-supported roofing system should be designed to with stand the wind load (As per IS 875 part-3) and Earthquake load (as per IS 1893) and the design should also comply with any other technical requirements such as turbo ventilators of 0.60 mts. dia and skylights of size 4.26 x 0.60 mts. fixed one in each row at 10.00 Mtr C/C along the length and hangers for electrical fixtures as per the requirements including cost of all materials andlabour for erection, all lead and lift, loading and unloading, HOM of machineries etc., complete as per the standard detailed technical specification, design and directions of the engineer in charge of the work.(a) Span : Above 18 Meters upto 21 Meters (b) Material Specification: Colour Coated Galvalume Sheet weighing 12.57kg/Sqm BMT: 1.00 MM, APT : 1.05 MM, tolerance plus or minus 0.02mm WITH ALL LEAD AND LIFT AND AS PER THE DIRECTION OF ENGINEER IN-CHARGE OF WORK(MR)
