code05 - Providing fresh lime mortar plaster in 1:1 propn. over a base coat to a thickness of 10-15mm and with lime mortar 1:1 propn. 5mm thick as a fine coat including preparation of moulding as per original design including using fibre material such as black jaggary, jute, bale fruit and egg etc., including lead charges for lime and sand, lift charges above 3m. height including highger charges etc., complete as per the directiokn of higher authorities (Non schedule items)

code06 - Providing and laying in position Lime concrete 1:2 in the monument using 20mm and down size trap/granite/laterite stone jelly up to a thickness of 150mm and its top lime mortar plaster 1:2 up to a thickness of 20mm including water curing up to 15 days os setting etc., complete.

code07 - Provision for grouting, the cracks, fissures, voids visible on roof, wall and werever required with line based grout, added with resin's and grouting with mechanical pressure pump very carefully without any damage of the roof etc., complete as per specification.

code08 - Providing ruled pointing to cursed stone masonry with lime mortar 1:3,20mm deep, after raking joints to depth of 20mm nicely lining, includingcost all materials, labour, usage charges of machinery, curing completeas pre specification.

code09 - Providing Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 3.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding and usage charges of machinery & other incidental charges complete as per the direction of engineer incharge of work

code10 - Cost of Haulage Excluding Loading and Unloading.(A) Taking output 10 t load and lead 10 km = 100 t.km

code11 - Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.
